Hotel n’est pas renouvelé, il y a des fuites d’eau partout , il n’est pas organisé. J’ai attendu 2 heures pour obtenir une chambre . Mauvais plan

Ok, so this hotel isn't a fantastic 4*, however, we had a lovely stay and was worth the money. We paid around £15 each (2 pax) per night sharing a twin room on an All Inclusive basis. Rooms: simple and basic, a little tired in places. Fridge just about worked, no kettle / tea station as shown in photos. Nice size balcony. Great size bathroom, well set out. Shower gel and soap provided and a hairdryer. Shower over the bath, which was so powerful if you turned it up full blast it came off the bracket and made a very wet bathroom 🤭 Pool: pool area was lovely, unfortunately a little chilly to make use of it in January! But was still kept clean. All Inclusive: please see images for timings (I couldn't find the info anywhere before we left!) Although we went in January off peak so they may differ! Food was plentiful, although a reduced offering due to only having around 80 guests! But we had some lovely traditional dishes and we thoroughly enjoyed trying all the Tunisian food. There is a fresh cook station for breakfast, lunch and dinner. At breakfast definitely try a "Bamboulini" awesome 🤌 Bar is not particularly well equipped, and choices are limited. All inclusive includes: beer, wine, vodka, gin, whiskey, brandy. Sodas, hot drinks and bottled water. There are also water machines in the bar and dining hall to refill bottles. All the staff were friendly and great, especially the entertainment team Didi and Max and the bar man Mhadheb! We enjoyed our stay!

Everything is horrible. No cleaning, towels and linens are dirty. Curtains are damaged.bathroom is dirty. We can not touch anywhere.air condation and heating system are not working. Also all clicks that on heating system are broken

I came here for 5 nights and it’s not for tourists or a holiday at all. Have all inclusive but apparently i can’t have the food👍🏽 They scammed us so much with prices and we overpaid so much (don’t book any excursions with Anis, main scammer). Toilet had skid marks and urine all over since the second i entered the room, i complained so many times but false promises nothing was done. There is absolutely no life here, for a holiday it’s quite depressing. the only thing you can do is sleep and go to the beach. everyone scams you so find everything online or go to places with fixed price. Only good thing about this hotel is all staff but especially Hicham the security who helped us and gave us the best customer service as we had the worst experience ever, not looking for anything in return, a genuine person. Overall, do not come here if you want to struggle.

As others have said the hotel is looking a bit tired, totally made up for by the wonderful staff and customer service. We went all inclusive and couldn’t really fault the food ,the freshly cooked breakfast omelettes were especially nice,mid morning and afternoon snacks were a bit limited .
