Hotel Nesrine Hammamet

Hotel staff couldn't do enough for you..very friendly and accommodating if you said you didn't want to do anything they left you alone.on arrival there was food and drink waiting for you. The rooms were spotless and every morning we were asked if our room needed a clean n tidy. The location is amazing a short walk led you to a white sandy beach where the staff always brought you a drink if requested. We were the only 2 English guests and neve er felt harassed just welcomed..the food was typical of the culture so not much English food but it wasn't an issue. Overall we had the most amazing time peaceful & relaxing ...so if you're looking for a resort that does burger n chips and full on noise then look elsewhere. If you want a relaxing beach holiday experiencing the culture and people then book. Will definitely be going back thanks for an amazing time ♥️

My experience at Nesrine Hotel in Hammamet was utterly disappointing. Firstly, the beach was disgustingly dirty, so much so that my family and I couldn't even swim in the sea. The lack of cleanliness was appalling. The customer service matched the beach's cleanliness — terrible. Particularly, the man at the reception, usually wearing a black shirt and seemingly in charge, was the epitome of rudeness. He made our check-in experience a nightmare. To add insult to injury, when my parents simply wanted to visit me at the hotel, they were demanded to pay an absurd fee. This is unheard of and completely ridiculous. What's more, I was there with two other couples: my sister and her husband, and two friends from the UK. Interestingly, only the British guests were provided with a king-size bed. It appears that having English names means you're treated better than the locals. This blatant discrimination is unacceptable. The so-called "animation" provided at the hotel was beyond terrible — it was non-existent. There was nothing to entertain guests. Breakfast was another disaster. It seemed like they picked the cheapest items from the market without any consideration for quality or taste. In conclusion, Nesrine Hotel in Hammamet is a place to avoid at all costs. The dirty beach, atrocious customer service, discriminatory practices, lack of entertainment, and poor quality breakfast make this a stay you'll regret. Choose any other hotel in the area, and you're likely to have a better experience.

Last week I had the pleasure of spending my holiday at the Nesrine hotel. Even though the hotel is not the newest and the food is terrible in my opinion, I wholeheartedly recommend this place to everyone. The rooms are spotlessly clean, cleaned every day. The hotel itself has a swimming pool and is located close to the beach, so everyone will find something for themselves there. The biggest advantage of this place is the service, which is very nice and always helpful. Starting from the cleaning ladies, through the reception, ending with bartenders and waiters. Each of them always gives you a huge smile that makes your day better. However, this place would not be possible without a great team of animators. They are the ones who give life to this place. Thanks to them, my day was so successful, starting from the aqua gym and ending with evening performances. This is a team of wonderful people who made me feel at home in the hotel and I was really sad that I had to leave. Scooby-Doo, Jackie, Acil, Aziz, Melek, Silva, Suzi, thank you for a wonderful trip, conversations and everyday dancing, after this week I will definitely not forget you and I can call you friends. You are what makes Nesrine unique, because I have never experienced such an atmosphere anywhere else. Thank you very much!!

One of the best hotels I have ever been to. Friendly and helpful hotel staff. Tasty and varied food. There is something delicious for everyone. Coffee available throughout the day. Animations sensational, especially the evening ones. Each of the animators: Willy, Melek, DJ Aziz, Suzi, Jacky... crazy and always smiling. They encourage a lot of fun and never let you get bored. I consider the trip to have been very successful and I will definitely return here again.

Our stay at this hotel was far from what the website promised. Many of the advertised facilities and activities, such as archery, table tennis, mini-golf, a snack bar, disco, and sports pool, were either unavailable or no longer offered. The "late riser" breakfast and late-night snack were not standard but only available in special cases, such as for late arrivals. The buffet restaurant was also a letdown. The trays were often empty, and when refilled, guests would swarm like ants to grab whatever they could. We considered ourselves lucky if we managed to get some salad and a piece of bread. Drinks were not available 24/7, and cocktails came at an additional cost, which was not clearly stated beforehand. When we raised our concerns with the reception staff, their response was simply, "It is what it is." On top of that, the tourist tax was almost double what our travel agency had communicated. Although the animation team worked hard, their activities were almost exclusively aimed at young children. Many of the hotel facilities were either dirty or in disrepair, and the entire property is in desperate need of renovation. Overall, a disappointing experience that fell far short of expectations based on the description provided.

I spent a week here with my 13 year old and have just return. We had decided that we weren’t going to be adventurous this holiday, so just chilling. We were given quite a large room facing the pool. Housekeeping came and cleaned every day so no negatives. Yes the hotel needs upgrading. The food… My daughter has ADHD/ASD… all light coloured foods. She managed to eat every meal ( we were all inclusive). The food was a little repetitive but we didn’t starve. I did suggest to management they needed to actually put what each of the offerings were because it was a guess what it is every time. The staff throughout the hotel were very welcoming. My daughter spent most of our holiday in the pool, which is great. I know a lot of people have dissed the hotel/ food and such but I looked at what I’d paid just for the hotel( not flights) and split it for the 7 days… £45 for the both of us each night all food, all drinks, entertainment and a room for the night which was cleaned daily… I can’t knock it.
