The hotel personnel is outstanding. I loved their professionalism and dedication. Special note for the desk personnel who welcomed us with professionalism and kindness, and listened to our claims with a smile and reactively acted in consequence. The customer service manager (Haifa) is also great. The rooms are very clean but the furniture are quite old for a 5 stars hotel(some broken wooden stuff...) Biggest weakness: 1- The lunch/dinner menu was exactly the same and we had to rise a claim for that. The next day was satisfying tho. 2- We had to pass by an open door area to go to the indoor swimming pool during a cold time which was very uncomfortable (got a cold after that) 3- Booked an all inclusive and still need to pay for the gym? why?

28th December for one week I'm just getting round to writing a review Good points staff very helpful and friendly hotel is lovely and the weather was great After being delivered and getting there near midnight on my first day got checked in and went to bed Upon waking went down for breakfast and I must say the selection of food for uk residents is very poor plus it's really cold Lunch dinner where the same so I ate very little for my weeks stay The two other restaurants where closed The pool bar was closed so just the lobby bar was open There wasn't any sunbeds to sit on round the pool or umbrellas no music no atmosphere either .from the photos i was alone around the pool as you can see ..I asked for a sunbed on many occasions but never got one So had to sit on a chair or lay on the ground on my towel The private beach has nothing on it ....ni beds umbrellas or chairs no bar either The hotel itself is absolutely freezing cold ...there is no heating on and even the staff where cold No activities and no entertainment....this hotel I chose because of the reviews and the package I thought I was getting wasn't nice ....I was expecting a relaxing week in the winter sun with everything I needed and it didn't deliver any of this ....as a female solo traveler I would stay clear None of the reviews are true and I was very isolated and lonely as no one spoke English all French and Muslim Personality I couldn't wait to get home

I fell in love with Tunisia I also fell in love with Saphir palace and spa. The staff I çould not fault them, the service I received was fantastic, so much so, I am returning in April! Keep an eye out for Lotfi on reception, he went out of his way to ensure we had everything we needed. So professional & helpful ☺ all the staff everyday made us feel so welcome, can't wait to go back! Thank you xxx

We had a lovely and peaceful stay at this hotel. The room was spacious with a stunning sea view, which made our mornings extra special. The atmosphere was quiet and relaxing — perfect for unwinding, as there weren’t too many people around. The staff were always pleasant and helpful. A special thank you to Lotfi, who went out of his way to make sure we were happy throughout our stay. He was incredibly friendly, always smiling, and gave us great advice during our trip. The beach is just across the road, with free sun loungers and a bar – a really nice touch! Someone was always there to bring the mattresses and clean the loungers for us, which we really appreciated. Overall, a calm and relaxing stay with kind and welcoming service. Thank you!

Extremely welcoming staff from Management level, Reception (Lotfi) in fact all staff could not do enough for you to ensure your stay is memorable from the cleaning of your room to dining room waiters and bar staff - cannot recommend them highly enough special shout out to our pool bar waiter - exceptional service for 2 weeks missing him already!

First of all, the staff here is amazing, so polite and friendly. We got all the information we needed about the hotel, best places to visit and how to get there. Room that we are staying in is big, spacious, clean and we got the direct view of the beach. Food is so good, we took all inclusive service and it's definitely the best choice. They have variety of foods for everyone's liking. There are different choices every day, fish, chicken, red meat, soups, all kinds of deserts and again variety of drinks that are great. Both pools are clean and there is enough space for everyone coming. There are drinks you can get at the bar, both on the beach and around the pool. All in all, we are very happy and grateful for this amazing stay here.

I had a wonderful stay at the hotel, many thanks to Siwar and all those who worked there for making my holiday so special. The restaurant was excellent, delicious food throughout the the day The pool was fabulous as was the bar and the staff were so friendly and helpful

No matter how bad I make out this hotel experience to be - it was much worse; Shame on you TUI for sending people to this despirately run hotel. • Moldy bread in the restaurant (10p size black and yellow mold spots) • Extremely poor quality food items • Flies (alive and dead) on the food • Sticky restaurant floor / smoky air (smell of burnt oil) • No quilt on the bed (had to chase up several times and only got one at 1030pm) • Shower leaking onto the bathroom floor, out of the door and out to the room door. • Curtains not closing properly • No tea or Coffee making facilities • Disrespectful and unhelpful reception staff • Couldn’t get into our room until 5pm (check in time was 2pm) • In-room safe did not work, ask for someone to fix it, that never happened • My wife was attacked by an elderly ‘resident’ in one of the lifts (who appeared to be suffering from Alzheimer’s, or a condition similar to it). I.e. the hotel appears to be running a respite facility for elderly people with significant mental and/or physical needs. The carer with the lady only just managed to stop her making physical contact with my wife. When we asked the TUI Rep about the hotel doing this knew about this. It is not what you expect from a 5* hotel. • We had to pay for a private car and driver to take us to the new hotel (£50).

It was our first time in Djerba and it was really lovely. The personall was really pleasant and nice. The pool was clean and the animation program was fun. The food was delicious and the service was also really good. I would give this hotel 10/10.
