Visited this hotel back in 22 and had a great time for 2 weeks so we decided to stay for a whole month this time. Everything about the hotel is great, friendly staff on reception, bar and restaurant staff work very hard and always there with a smile. We had a bungalow this time and it was very spacious and comfortable. Room attendants give you plenty of water and toilet roll and will clean your room daily if you like. Many options for food and lots of choices from salad, pasta, meat and fruit, restaurant staff are brilliant, accommodating and friendly. Pool areas are clean and tidy with friendly lifeguards who will bring you a mattress for the sun loungers. The main pool gets busy but always sun loungers available. There's a children's pool with slide and a quiet pool at the back of the grounds which is fab too. Beautiful beach with lots of sun loungers just be sure to get there early to get one. There is also a shop in the hotel that has pretty much anything you need and great staff there too. The animation team are fantastic and work very hard to keep everyone entertained and always engaging, lots of activities all throughout the day and shows in the evening and then onto the beach bar. Special shout-outs to Scooby, Ziko and Momo who we met here back in 2022 and Jambo is a great addition to the team, these guys are an absolute credit to the hotel and our time here wouldn't be the same without them. 10/10 for all. Kimo and Gigi are great also, we just didn't have as much interaction with them as we did with superstar Scooby, superstar Ziko, superstar Momo and superstar Jambo. We would book solely on seeing these guys again. Hammamet has lots of things to do outside of the hotel and getting taxis there is very affordable. It would be better if you could actually find the TUI rep when you wanted, took over a week to find her to book trips and most days she had left before the time stated she'll be there. If you're looking to book some trips, I'd recommend sidi bou said and el jem, unfortunately I wouldn't recommend the 2 day Sahara desert tour. Alot of the time is spent on the coach (which is understandable) but the amount of stops to purchase souvenirs is silly. Also there are alot of extras to pay for, so make sure you take extra cash with you, alternatively they do a cash machine stop each day. Overall Tunisia has become a firm favourite on our travels. We look forward to returning to hotel paradis palace and seeing the staff and amazing animation team again.
