I am staying at a hotel nearby. Their Spa is being renovated and I read about this hotel on Google reviews. I emailed them on Tuesday and Mohamed, the Spa manager emailed me back within the hour offering me an appointment for the Silver package I had read about for 350 TND for the following day. It was just fantastic. It included a 60 min massage, 30 min Hammam, 30 min jacuzzi bath with hot sea water and rose water and a 20 min face massage. Slippers, robe, relaxation area with lots of tisana (herb tea), bottles of water. A large warm indoor seawater pool with hydrojets. I was there for 4 hours. The staff were all so lovely and friendly and good at their job even though it is Ramadan. I saw a poster at Reception for another excellent package - 275 TND for breakfast, lunch, use of pool, 40 min massage, 30 min facial, and use of a suite room all day. There was a 50 TND single supplement but still a wonderful experience for the price. There was a lovely helpful lady on reception called Ghada who got staff to take me to meals (2 different restaurants - the hotel is like a huge palace - art work and marble everywhere). She also took me to my room. Again, Mohamed had everything perfectly organised in the Spa and was kind enough to change the facial until after lunch. Restaurant staff was excellent too, as was the food. One young waiter (with a long Turkish name) went out of his way to make me a "caffe latte" (I found the cappuccino from the machine a bit too sweet). The rooms are luxurious with extremely comfortable beds. Everywhere was quiet because it is low season which was perfect for me. This is a uniquely exquisite hotel with a fabulous Spa and wonderful staff who provide outstanding service. I am very grateful to have experienced being here.

Great experience, I’ve been to several hotels in Hamamet this is become my favorite it , junior suite is spacious , well decorated Tunisian style, the bed is comfortable . I really enjoyed the jacuzzi and Spa pool with Mediterranean Sea water . The staff were very friendly. Just happened to meet the owner in breakfast his very humble and welcoming. General manager Samir N’cir came and checked on my experience in the Hotel . The Hotel is well maintained and well decorated with North African Arts.. looking forward to enjoy this hotel in summer.

Nice Looking hotel, staff very happy and friendly and spotlessly clean.. If there was another 50 guests it was a lot.due to this food choice extremely poor.only 1 of 5 restaurants open. Pool and pool bar closed, beach area had no beds and no entertainment, no air conditioning in the room so couldn’t sleep

Hasdrubal Thalasso Hammamet is one of the oldest hotels in Hammamet, and while it may show signs of age, I was pleasantly surprised by the overall cleanliness, large room, and charm it offered. The hotel's aging exterior might not be the most visually appealing due to lack of maintenance, but once inside, I found the interior well-maintained and quite nice. The cleanliness of the rooms and common areas was commendable, which greatly contributed to a comfortable stay. I wanted to add that it was enjoyable but events which happened during my stay destroyed my enjoyment. Despite its age, this hotel manages to retain a certain charm,unfortunately some staff is friendly but some other staff's demeanor adds to the negative experience. My recent visit to the à la carte restaurant was marred by an unfortunate incident that left a lasting negative impression. While I had initially looked forward to enjoying a pleasant dining experience, what I witnessed was completely unexpected and unacceptable. During my time at the restaurant, someone decided to engage in public urination, which was not only unsanitary but also highly disrespectful to the establishment and its patrons. Such behavior is entirely inappropriate and should not occur in any public setting, especially a place where people come to enjoy their meals. I believe it is the responsibility of the restaurant staff to maintain a safe and comfortable environment for all customers. In this case, it appeared that the staff either failed to notice or address the situation promptly. This incident significantly detracted from what could have otherwise been an enjoyable meal. Kamel the server was informed and witnessed the incident but didn't do anything. I hope that the restaurant takes measures to improve its security and staff training to prevent such incidents in the future, ensuring that customers can dine without experiencing such discomfort. I must say I was quite disappointed with the level of customer service provided by the receptionist Ghada. While the hotel itself had a luxurious ambiance, the receptionist's attitude was much to be desired. I had hoped for a warm and welcoming experience when I was asking for change, but instead, I was met with a receptionist who was not nice at all. She appeared disinterested, and her demeanor came across as unfriendly. It's essential for a hotel of this caliber to have staff who make guests feel valued and appreciated whatever they're wearing or whatever they look like, but unfortunately, that was not my experience, no smile, no eye contact, not even being regarded as a customer. Yes that was Ghada who forgot the meaning of the word receptionist. I believe that the front desk staff play a crucial role in setting the tone for a guest's stay, and in this case, it left a negative impression. I hope the hotel management takes note of this and addresses the issue to ensure that future guests have a more pleasant experience with this lady and others like h

This hotel is gorgeous and the suites are beautiful. It was so easy to relax and unwind in the quiet and elegant surroundings. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The breakfast buffet was lavish and dinner options were great. Spa treatments are not to be missed, the spa staff is very professional, and the prices are reasonable. The outdoor pool, the salt water indoor/outdoor pool and the beach were very pleasurable. I spent 7 days by myself and I wasn't bored for an instant during my stay. There is no animation in this hotel, it is a paradise to relax and rejuvenate.

Hasdrubal Thalassa & Spa Yasmine Hammamet indeed is one of the best hotels in Hammamet. We were greeted with lovely flowers and refreshing lemonade on arrival. The staff here is literally the best! Our suite was huge, me and my friend had separate bedrooms with a private balcony and even private bathrooms and toilets and we shared a gorgeous living room with another terrace with a lovely view to the Mediterannean. The food here was delicious, we loved the iftar experience at one of their restaurants. But the best part was the SPA experience. We had the best massages and procedures here. We took their signature procedure and it was totally worth it! Can't recommend it enough!

One of the best hotels in Hammamet with a lovely spa area and some of the best treatments / rituals for face and body. My friend and I did their “1001 nights” ritual including hammam, exfoliation, body and face massage and hair blowout. The rooms are also super beautiful and well equipped. And the beach in front of the hotel is very nice.

Merveilleuse expérience. Un 5* très proche des standards internationaux, la qualité du service en plus. L’hôtel est gigantesque. C’est a priori un des plus beaux en Hammamet. Je veux bien le croire car je ne vois pas ce qu’on pourrait améliorer. . Personnel (10/10) : Aimable, serviable, prévenant, attentif. Mention spécial au directeur qui est très investi, s’enquiert en permanence du bien-être des clients et suit son personnel. . Installations (10/10) : Exceptionnel. Tout est parfaitement entretenu et très joliment décoré. . Chambre (9/10) : Joliment décorée, très spacieuse, une grande terrasse, une vue sur la mer… Petit bémol sur le matelas un peu dur. . Piscine / plage (9/10) : Magnifique piscine extérieure mais l’eau était un peu fraîche. Sable blanc, plage privée, transats à volonté, etc… . Restauration (8/10) : Pas de buffet ouvert (sauf le matin) et plusieurs restaurants. La qualité est standard, sans plus, mais avec un large choix. Mention spéciale au restaurant sur la plage, particulièrement agréable. . Spa / thalasso (9/10) : Très beau centre, offre une gamme très complète de soins. Mention spéciale au coiffeur qui est un vrai pro. Je recommande sans hésiter cet hôtel qui offre un rapport qualité / prix est excellent. Difficile de trouver mieux.

J’ai passé un week-end magnifique dans cet hôtel, et tout était absolument parfait du début à la fin. L'accueil était chaleureux, avec un personnel aux petits soins, toujours souriant et professionnel. Chaque détail est soigneusement pris en compte pour offrir une expérience unique. La suite dans laquelle j’ai séjourné était spacieuse, décorée avec goût et d’un confort absolu. La gastronomie est un autre point fort de l’hôtel : Chaque repas était un vrai plaisir ! Un grand merci à toute l'équipe pour cette expérience mémorable. Je recommande vivement cet hôtel à tous ceux qui recherchent un séjour de luxe et de détente. J’ai hâte d’y retourner !

Venus pour une semaine de thalasso en couple fin septembre, nous avons découvert un bel hotel luxueux, une suite spacieuse et confortable, coupe de fruits, bouteille d'eau, des gâteaux tunisiens, des chocolats ou des fruits secs selon les jours. Le centre de thalasso est bien organisé , son personnel est compétent et attentif, comme par ailleurs celui de la réception, du ménage, à la plage et aux restaurants. Le buffet du petit déjeuner est irréprochable, bonne machine à café et vrai jus d'orange, etc. Le restaurant à la carte, pour nous inclus dans la demi-pension propose une carte tunisienne et une carte européenne, entrées, viandes, poissons et desserts de très bonne qualité. Petit bémol, préférer le restaurant à la carte au buffet très copieux et avec du choix, mais un ton en dessous au niveau culinaire. Au total très peu de dépenses en plus, l'eau et le vin à table à des tarifs très raisonnables. Nous reviendrons sûrement avec des amis la prochaine fois..

Le prix correspond à un 5 étoiles de luxe parisien ou même plus ! Chambre spacieuse mais bruit tout la journée même la nuit avec des enfants qui sautent à l’étage au dessus,j ai vu des gens se baigner avec leur vêtements, cette même personne était à la plage ensuite pas de douche avec sa robe longue dans la piscine ! Serveur du buffet du soir qui te rajoute 4 boissons et 2 bouteilles d eau sur la facture ! petit dej 25 min pour une crêpe.. Le mois d’août quand on a pris la chambre le prix était de 440 euros la nuit et franchement rien dans l’hôtel ne correspond a ce prix là ! j ai pris une triple car La réceptionniste m’a dit au téléphone qu’avec un bébé de 2ans je ne pouvais pas prendre de double et qu ils ne rajoutent pas de lit enfant alors que ce n’etait pas vrai …
