The location of the hotel is not very convenient.
The environment was decent, and the room was relatively clean. However, there was an issue with the laundry service. A notice in the laundry room stated that hotel staff could deliver washed clothes to the room, but the front desk staff said this service was not available.
This inconsistency in communication was frustrating and detracted from an otherwise okay stay. Clearer service policies would improve the overall guest experience.

房間很大，設施很完善
地理位置比較偏，但是離機場很近，每一個出租車司機都嘲諷我為什麼定的這麼偏？去延大和別的景點都要20分鐘左右的出租車，車程大概也是20塊錢左右
人手比較少，全靠兩個機器人送餐，有次外賣前台答應好的，馬上送，等了好一會兒時，還不送上來，就知道他得不到五星好評了。
酒店是挺新，其他的都還比較滿意。

這家酒店問題很嚴重
1.入住第二天早上5點多，房間突然斷電了，應急照明亮了，經驗判斷這肯定是有消防報警才會出現這樣的問題。但是酒店遲遲無人處理，一直到七點多才恢復來電，中控室也沒有人執守；
2.八點的時候第二次斷電，還是應急照明亮了，差點以為這家酒店出火災了，太嚇人了。去一樓大堂找人，中控室還是沒有人，並且中控室的門就大敞四開的；時候去問前台，前台竟然沒有人知道停電了，也不知道他們自己的消防報警響了，因為設定了消音……這要是真出大火情，消防報警都不會響的……這家酒店消防是怎麼過的？就這還能開業營業？不怕住客出事兒嗎？安全生產管理動作零；
3.衞生問題，浴巾上有一根長頭髮，本人短髮，絕對不可能是我本人的；並且第三天洗漱包裏沒有給我放棉簽，浴帽倒是放了兩個，説明房掃把棉簽和浴帽弄混了。
4.服務問題，辦入住的時候明明給了兩張身份證，但是前台衹給登記了一張身份證，過了20分鐘前台發現有一張身份證忘了登記，又讓客人下來登記。那一開始給你身份證的時候幹嘛的？為什麼要麻煩客人二次登記呢？
5.設施問題，明明前台區域有自助辦理入住的機器，但是不能用，設施浪費，也不方便客人；
以上問題，希望華住集體能重視，不然你怎麼跟正規的酒店品牌比啊？還能永遠做個local品牌啊？

前台特別熱情也很貼心，房間很寬敞，熱水也很足水壓也不錯，三樓有洗衣機烘乾機，旁邊還有跑步機可以運動，房間內還有小冰箱可以存放冷飲。這一次入住體驗特別好！

地理位置離高鐵站很尷尬走路半小時，打車比較近，不尷不尬，本來訂西站邊上是方便第二天早上趕高鐵。房間比較新，整體裝修還是不錯的，衞生差，進去就發現地上沒有清掃乾淨，放了行李出去，到前台和前台工作人員説，結果晚上回來還是一樣沒有人去清掃，工作人員態度v冷淡，不以為然。本人其實很少點評，第一次給差評
