Club Tuana Fethiye - All Inclusive

We came here at the end of August - beginning of September. It's a 40 minute drive from Dalaman airport . Set right on the beach it's an ideal location for anyone, whether a family or a couple. It's so peaceful . There is nothing else around and a shuttle bus comes every 10 minutes to the town of feithiye for just 140 lira for 2 people one way ( approx £1.50). The ride takes 45 minutes but it's worth the trip to see the bussling town and pick up some delicious Turkish delight and good copies of famous brands. Remember to barta though and keep your whits as some of the Turkish traders are quite the sharks . !!! Trying to charge more money for same item but as it is a larger size, expect to charge you more !!!!!!. Don't fall for this scam. Tge shuttle bus back is picked up where it dropped you off on the main road. We booked a swim up room. They put us in a twin but we booked a double so moved us the next day when a room became available. I would recommend one of these rooms to anyone. Just perfect. None of the quick early dash to the pool to secure a prime spot at the pool. So peaceful with piped relaxing music playing all day. Ther was a private snack/drink bar too just fir seim up residents so never a problem getting a strawberry daiquiri. Silla, made her cocktails with such skill and perfection and she was always a delight. Smiling and happy. All the staff where to be honest, in the whole complex. There where 4 restaurant plus the main dining hall. You had to book using the app for the 4. We booked the Italian and the Asian. The Asian was amazing. I recommend you book this one. The wine is better too than what is served at the main bar. The main dining hall was great too. A large variety of food. Grilled fish was absolutely lovely. Something for everyone . Breakfast was the same plus my favourite, honey . There was plenty to do for everyone especially families. A zoo, mainly farm animals, sheep , goat abd chickens . And a bird sanctuary. With an array of pheasants and parrots etc. Ther where ice cream . There where plenty of snack huts scattered around the premises, serving drinks etc. The main bar was large with plenty of seating. Beer was OK but not the best, the winewas not the best. Quite like vinegar. Maybe ok when mixed with lemonade. One thing they didn't seem to have was orange or black currant cordial???. So take your own if you like me like a voddie and black currant soda. We took the boat trip around the 12 islands. Fantastic. It stopped at 4, where we docked for 45 minutes each time for a swim In tge sea. Lunch was included in the price £40 per person. Well worth it. Drinks on board the boat where extra, as was ice creams and chips. It was a full day and the crew set the sails down for a brief period of sailing just on the wind. I have stayed in this hotel in October. Nice club . I will start bad to good. Good things. .Food was outstanding. Every meal more than 100 different dishes. Kebabs, döner and grills for lunch and dinner. Breakfast bar also top notch. .main restaurant staff is helpful. . Entertainment team is outstanding. Ahmet is the king. Well done guys. They brought acrobatics group and singers every nights. . Massage service is top notch. Best massage I ever had in my life. Okan is the king. He is very helpful. If you want to book massage please find Okan. .bar service is excellent. Everyday and night they have 4 different bars i love the cocktail bar. .room service is good Bad things . Receptionist not nice and not friendly. Only one lady was there friendly other one lady and 2 men’s like looking at your face like swearing to your face. No smile no help very unprofessional. .pool was very cold they need to warm that pool. . Rooms has not good. For my experience I had 3 starts hotel has better room than this 5 star hotel. Balcony we paid extra but u can’t even sit there. It’s small and under the shadow. We asked to change our room for walking shower. Receptionist act weirdly not helpful. .tui rep. I don’t want to give his name but he is not help at all. He couldn’t change our room which what we asked for. We asked for walking shower room, big bed and big balcony we paid for before we booked, We received 2 single bed and walking shower. They put 2 single bed together next day. We booked island tour through the tui rep, we paid the money but nobody pick us. He is apologetic but he should follow his booking day before picking up day . I think he is not good rep at all. Other than we had nice experience in the hotel. Nice place to stay. It very nice hotel but they need to change their receptionist, pool is cold need warmer, tui rep is rubbish and rooms need updating.

Just come back from a weeks holiday. The only complaint I have is that we were given a room with 2 single beds for the 4 of us. It was late and the kids were tired and it took several trips to reception to get it sorted. The sofa converted into a bed but we had to wait for them to bring another bed for my daughter. This took a long time and reception weren't very happy, in fact he tried to get us to pay £280 extra for another room. There was 4 people on the booking and they scanned all 4 passports so why give us that room? When we finally got to sleep and properly started our holiday it was great. Food, staff and entertainment were excellent. Pool could have been warmer but my daughter was in there everyday.

We arrived back home less than 24hrs ago from a truly special holiday at Club Tuana Fethiye. This was our 2nd visit and since we last went in April 2019 (our first holiday together), it has become even more beautiful! We booked a Club Deluxe Double Room which was decorated beautifully and always kept very clean by the lovely housekeeper who we unfortunately cannot remember the name of - Room 1522 - nothing was ever too much trouble. All of the staff at Club Tuana greet you with a smile and will try and make your holiday not just enjoyable but an experience. Although we did not take part personally, the entertainment team are also incredible, there is something to do for both adults and children through the day and night. Our lovely friend, Veysi (Hubbly BubblyMan) made our holiday even more special, a real surprise to find he remembered us and our names from a holiday more than 5 years ago! Beautiful cocktails and also Shisha - although this isn’t part of the all inclusive package it is worth every penny! He particularly makes a very good Long Island Iced Tea The grounds were beautiful and even in October we had perfect weather! The food at Club Tuana is just incredible, they have A La Carte restaurants on site but due to the choice and quality of the food in the normal restaurant we did not even feel the need to book these! I have recommended this to so many family and friends, one has already booked up for next May in the new Luxury Lagoon section of the resort for an amazing deal! 100% recommend! We will definitely be back next year and it really is unlike us to find somewhere that we want to go back to as there are so many lovely places to go in the world but this is somewhere special for us

It was our 40th wedding Anniversary, to celebrate the occasion i booked a holiday to Fethiye/Olu Deniz as i have never been there before although this was my 13th trip to Turkiye . We were really looking forward to this trip, but Upon reaching the hotel we were given a room in the park area, an area outskirts of the resort, infact one has to go outside, pass the security gate to go there. It eas isolated from the main resort it felt like we were 2nd class citizens. I complained vigorously because my wife suffers from Lymphoma & finds difficult to walk, I was willing to pay extra money for an upgrade but to no avail. I am afraid unless you are preveliged or the management like your face you might end up in the (Shanti town) an area outskirts of the complex of the hotel in a building so outdated, old & according to the management themselves has not been renovated since it was built & still had key to enter the room, In every trips to Turkiye I have stayed in some amazing hotels with beautiful sea view rooms, but this was the worst ever room I have stayed in & I include that with a par in a really horrible room I stayed in Bombay. We were given a most horrid room which was dark,with doors creaking, air-conditioning broken, when taking shower the water was leaking to the floor, no balcony or privacy & the noise of people talking loud was annoying & disturbing. Don't get me wrong, the Hotel it self with its whole complex & beautiful views of the ocean & mountains was just amazing, food facilities in the right complex wa 1st class, it's just the outskirts which was isolated & scary, infact my wife wouldn't go on her to the room,

This is our 4th time at this hotel. Most staff are fantastic, Saliha at restaurant. The 2 mehmet's at the main bar, Anastasia of the Entainment Team, to be fair all of the team were great. Gorkan at the pool bar. There was a couple who came across rude but that didn't worry us. Grounds are well maintained and all areas where clean. We were at Park Side, which we prefer as you get best of both, quiet pool and you can go to the main pool. Ate at Ristorante Roma, again four cheese ravioli was Banging! Our room was an attic one, which was OK for 2, had to take your time going up/down stairs as they are quite narrow. Food was great, always plenty of choice. It can be abit hectic at times and people can be rude, when skipping. Unfortunately that can't be helped. On a couple of occasions the food was cold. As being non smokers, we think there should be a designated area for this, also no smoking in the snack bar area. The spa team do try and get you in, when you say no thanks, they should leave you alone. Would definitely recommend booking a holiday at Club Tuana. You won't be disappointed!
