Front desk Ms Zhu and Ms Feng (plus other staff from front door bellboy to greet and help take your luggage) are very welcoming, and the hotel pleasant to stay. Breakfast spread is pretty solid as well - overall an excellent value. Yes, it may be a bit of distance from famous spots but it’s just a simple didi away. Highly recommend this hotel for anyone considering an excellent value to stay.

First time stay at Novotel.The Room size is not every big but just nice . Location is very convenient, 10 min to city.Staffs of the hotel are very very friendly and helpful. Laundry Auntie helped me remove stains on white shirt.They will help to carry luggage and open car doors and will bow to you . Highly recommended

The service was absolutely fantastic. The staff is very friendly and can anticipate your every need. The room is very comfortable. No noise, great bedding, nice bathtub, and good curtains. Coffee and fruit are provided. The location is convenient to get a taxi. The breakfast is abundant and delicious. The only improvement is to clean a little better. There are some marks on the glass doors in the bathroom. The bedding and towels are very clean. Just these small points.

This is my second time stay. The service is perfect. The breakfast is super. No need to say more. I will still choose Novotel Yangzhou next stay.

The staff was so friendly and helpful in every detail even getting my taxi and making sure the driver knew where to go. I highly recommend the dinner in the restaurant. It was amazing. Rooms are very clean and the gym was well equipped.

Highly recommend this hotel because of their excellent services. All employees working there are very helpful, especially Anni and the front desk staff. Breakfast is super good, a lot of different choices.

A new hotel, not far from slender west lake park and city center. Room is clean and modern. Breakfast is good. Enjoy the hotel during 2 days stay. Will stay here again next time.

房間空間有點小，房價在哪裡，所以不是問題，早餐點贊做的精細和用心，中餐和西餐都有，滿足不同客人需求，還有機器人🤖服務，孩子很喜歡，用心和專業做酒店，所有工作人員都很棒，點贊！

超預期的好 1️⃣ 碰巧訂的時候還有揚州文旅消費券，500-150，分了兩個app定了兩晚。感覺賺了一個億哈哈 2️⃣ 麻雀雖小但小孩子綽綽有餘，説的就是二胎小童樂園了，我們三個小朋友消耗時間的地方 3️⃣ 這個地段的房間這個面積可以了，乾淨舒適，還帶點設計感，和某朵我感覺差不多風格 4️⃣⚠️⚠️⚠️服務很好很好很好，很多都是90度鞠躬，弄的我也不好意思，從停車場保安到大堂服務員，反正沒碰到差的，體驗感很好 5️⃣性價比而言，還會二刷的酒店
