The location was amazing and the staff were very warm and friendly and helpful. However we noticed that one of the beds was not made up on the second day of our stay so it was a little unusual. Really enjoyed the scenery and the hanfu wearing though

Excellent hotel with great location. Garden is very nice overlooking slender west lake, we made use of package photo shoot that made the trip memorable. Mr Guan, the hotel manager and his colleagues were also very helpful, he helped us recover my daughter’s phone left at the taxi ; overall very good and friendly service. 2 night package was a good choice for my family; gave us sufficient time to enjoy the hotel facilities and its service.

My whole stay at this one of the best ones i’ve ever stayed. Staff are all very friendly and approachable. And almost all of them are courteous towards me and my family. One of the Staffer, Wan Bin, was meticulous in handling my case and handled it professionally. Overall, the stay, food and and hotel staff is very helpful. This stay is highly recommended.

Good experience overall. Location is just besides the main attraction, 3 min walk to the entrance. The service staff is friendly and helpful, especially the front desk 小郭 and team provided us good suggestions for nearby sight seeing and hotel activities.

This hotel was the best in every aspect I've ever visited. Especially the service provided by Li Yue was incomparable to any other hotel. I will definitely visit again. I recommend this hotel to everyone.

第一次住到這麼滿意的酒店，環境超好、房間乾淨、床品舒服，晚上睡的超好👍小姐姐們人美態度好，服務周到，還幫忙找到了寶寶枕頭，十分感謝！！❤️❤️送的旅拍給寶寶拍的，小姐姐很耐心，速度也很快，技術也很棒，抓拍非常自然。酒店對面就是宋夾城公園，晚飯後玩到了十點多，餵了黑天鵝，還玩了各種滑梯、鞦韆、攀爬設施，回酒店泡了温泉，配戴森吹風機，對遛娃太友好了。離着瘦西湖也很近，退房後車還停在酒店內，出去玩了一圈才開走，期待下次入住！

酒店跟瘦西湖景區衹是一河之隔，地址位置非常好。不需要去人擠人的景區，在酒店內就可以欣賞風景。温泉也不錯，池子兩三個人進去完全沒問題。唯一的遺憾就是室外的泳池雖然很漂亮，但室外泳池水真的很冷且不乾淨，完全不適合游泳。

隱居温泉酒店體驗感太好了，房間贈送了水果，還贈送了漢服拍攝體驗，攝影師拍攝的照片也很滿意。酒店內的園林設計秀美，窗口望出去就是湖景，室外温泉也是很享受。交通非常便利，出門就是瘦西湖東門入口，旁邊就是揚州有名氣的香園茶社和揚州宴，香園茶社提前拿號，回房間睡一覺等號
