The location was amazing and the staff were very warm and friendly and helpful. However we noticed that one of the beds was not made up on the second day of our stay so it was a little unusual. Really enjoyed the scenery and the hanfu wearing though

Excellent hotel with great location. Garden is very nice overlooking slender west lake, we made use of package photo shoot that made the trip memorable. Mr Guan, the hotel manager and his colleagues were also very helpful, he helped us recover my daughter’s phone left at the taxi ; overall very good and friendly service. 2 night package was a good choice for my family; gave us sufficient time to enjoy the hotel facilities and its service.

My whole stay at this one of the best ones i’ve ever stayed. Staff are all very friendly and approachable. And almost all of them are courteous towards me and my family. One of the Staffer, Wan Bin, was meticulous in handling my case and handled it professionally. Overall, the stay, food and and hotel staff is very helpful. This stay is highly recommended.

Good experience overall. Location is just besides the main attraction, 3 min walk to the entrance. The service staff is friendly and helpful, especially the front desk 小郭 and team provided us good suggestions for nearby sight seeing and hotel activities.

This hotel was the best in every aspect I've ever visited. Especially the service provided by Li Yue was incomparable to any other hotel. I will definitely visit again. I recommend this hotel to everyone.

1.前台服務很窩心，當入住時知道我第二天早上7點退房要趕高鐵時當即主動給我安排打包早餐服務，這讓我很感動和開心！ 2. 酒店毗鄰瘦西湖，風景和環境無敵好，超贊👍👍👍 3. 温泉泡很舒服，拂去了一整天遊瘦西湖和逛揚州老街的疲累。 4. 因為酒店比較大，對於第一次到揚州獨旅的大灣區土豆有一點點🤏困擾😇，感覺酒店房間的指示標識的指引欠一點清晰，🤦🏻♀️像走進了迷宮，拖著26吋的行李箱找不到電梯🛗位置，只能從緊急出口爬樓梯去大堂😵💫

住過最好的國內在景區的酒店，位置到瘦西湖及其它景點近，酒店房間設施好，特別是房間空調温度調節能做到不冷不熱。這次住店是我在攜程幾十年訂房入住體驗感最好的一次。 我退房時漏了無人機電池，酒店立馬通知並聯系快遞給我寄回，特別暖心。 隱居在國內有好些連鎖店，已經把它列入我出行首選清單了。期待我們下一站的“隱居”。 圖片都是酒店户外花園看到風景和部份店內影像。

設施：酒店地理位置極好，就在瘦西湖中央，後門走可以看到瘦西湖的風景，步行去那裡很近。門口公交車🚌可以到很多景點。 這裏交通真的很亂，亂七八糟。車水馬龍，叫車極其不方便。可以掃碼騎電動車或者做公交。堵車啊！ 除去這個其他真的還不錯。 房間特色温泉到晚上12點也合理啊，累了回去泡一泡睡覺舒服。酒店房間名字很雅。我定的親子，泡湯池在外面，私密性不夠好。但舒適度很不錯！房間不大，但該有的還有，地理位置不錯，還有啥機車啊！總體很不錯。非常適合親子度假！

帶媽媽和阿姨3人來揚州旅行散心。初到酒店就被優美的環境所吸引。辦理入住前台小姐姐看我們三個人並且我媽腿腳不方便就升級了離主樓近的家庭房。房間超大，私湯池也很大放水要1個小時左右。 酒店花園簡直太美了，河對岸就是瘦西湖風景區，不用買門票就能欣賞瘦西湖美景哦。是不是賺了呀！ 酒店每日打掃也很用心，把我們桌子上亂七八糟的零食全部收拾的妥妥的，贊👍
