Lihua Chen's Garden Hotel

Nice boutique hotel next to the river with very beautiful Mountain Views in the morning. This hotel provides free breakfast, tea and supper - plus free transportation to the train station n laundry as well. This place was renovated recently and has an automated bidets in their toilet as well. Awesome service by the hotel staff, special call out to Ms “xiao xiong” who took care of my entire family during our entire stay with travel advices and snacks too.

We had a wonderful weekend getaway at Lihua Chen’s Garden Hotel. The entire staff were so warm and welcoming and very accommodating. The rooms are big, bright, and clean. The lobby bathrooms are pristine. The view from the 5th floor rooftop is exquisite. We would definitely stay here again.

The service rendered by the staff was excellent. They welcomed each and every customers with warmth and friendliness. They provided insightful information on the customers’ enquiries on the different places of interests. They provided delicious local pastries and drinks for tea break and super. They obligingly pick off and drop off upon costumers requests. Special mention for Ms Panda Xiong who professionally assisted us in many ways and went through extra miles on our tours to the different places. Her customers’ service mindset has made our stay very comfortable and enjoyable.

A few steps to the river. Great view from the rooftop, spacious room. Very good service, very helpful staff. Free transfer to the train station and nearby local places. Hotel also arranged Xianggong mountain trip, it was seamless connection between car-ferry-car. Their restaurant besides was also good. We had all our meals there. Afternoon tea was simple but nice. We will choose to stay here again when we visit Xingping again.

We stayed at this hotel in late December 2024 for a family trip, and the experience was truly outstanding. The hospitality exceeded all our expectations. One day, my daughter forgot to bring her passport, and we were already at the train station. When we called the hotel for help, they went above and beyond - they personally retrieved the passport from our room and sent it to the train station. Their honesty, efficiency, and willingness to assist in such a stressful moment left a deep impression on us. Every staff member was warm, especially Xiao Xiong. They truly care about our comfort. One thing to note is that even though we booked all our rooms with river view, the view was partly blocked by bamboo trees and a road in front of the hotel. Staying on the 1st floor (only 5 floors in this hotel), we couldn't really enjoy the scenery as i originally expected. Despite this, the overall experience was fantastic. I would highly recommend it to my friends.
