We made a family trip to Yangshou/Guilin in Dec 2024. The food and services are commendable, and I highly recommend this luxury hotel to my friends.

Our butler at Jora Hotel contacted us prior to our arrival and arranged a birthday surprise for my mother. Service was excellent and we had a wonderful time there.

My partner and I recently had the privilege of staying at the Yangshuo Jora Hotel in Guilin, and it was nothing short of spectacular. The service here is truly deserving of its five-star rating—prompt, attentive, and always eager to help. Every inquiry was answered swiftly, and the staff recommended some fantastic local spots to visit, enhancing our travel experience. The room exceeded all expectations, especially the cleanliness which was remarkable. The bathtub, strategically placed by a large window, was so immaculately clean it appeared brand new, adding a luxurious touch to our stay. Soaking in the tub while enjoying the breathtaking mountain views was a truly unique and relaxing experience. The room itself was quiet and cozy, providing the perfect retreat after a day of exploration, with its soothing color palette and modern furnishings. The hotel's outdoor areas were equally impressive, featuring a spacious balcony and meticulously kept gardens that invited peaceful strolls or moments of relaxation. The lush greenery and neatly designed walkways contributed to the serene atmosphere of the hotel. What sets the Yangshuo Jora Hotel apart is its commitment to excellence in every aspect, surpassing many other five-star hotels we’ve visited in terms of service and comfort. Adding to the charm was the resident dog, who often accompanied us, making our walks around the hotel grounds even more enjoyable and heartwarming. It’s an exceptional choice for couples seeking a top-tier hotel experience with remarkable views, exquisite room features, and a personal touch, ensuring a memorable and romantic getaway.

Excellent service from Linda and others at the front desk. They reached out before we arrived to make sure we were set up, and helped us throughout our stay. They were always kind and friendly! The room was nice and great view. It was about a 20rmb taxi ride from West street and downtown activities.

Overall excellent stay, definitely worth coming back and staying here! Excellent service (it came with an assistant who is very responsive on WeChat) with great staff, really friendly and polite!

Exquisite service from the hotel. Location is convenient in reaching most popular tourist spots. Settled most of my meals in the hotel as the food quality was superb.

The experience at Luna Hotel was absolutely amazing! From the moment I arrived, the staff went above and beyond to ensure a seamless check-in process and provided valuable local insights and recommendations. The ambiance of the hotel is top-notch, offering a tranquil and cozy atmosphere reminiscent of a hidden paradise. What's more, I was pleasantly surprised to find that they use Bvlgari amenities, adding a touch of luxury to the stay. Overall, the attention to detail and exceptional service at Jiurang Hotel exceeded my expectations, and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend it to anyone looking for a memorable stay in Yangshuo.

When we travel on vacation, we make selecting the right hotel our utmost priority. Even though we stayed at the Jora for one night because our transportation arrangement got canceled and we needed a place to stay an extra night, my beloved and me sort of regretted not stay at the Jora Hotel for our entire 3 nights in Yangshuo; our stay there was absolutely perfect in every aspect! The hospitality, cleanliness, the facilities, and breakfast has us desperately wanting to go back to Yangshuo just so we can spend a few more nights there. Thank you so much! M & S

踏入玖壤酒店的那一刻，彷彿闖入了一幅流動的山水畫。這座將自然美學與現代設計完美融合的居所，用潤物無聲的温暖服務與獨特巧思，讓人留下深刻印記。 細膩如春雨的服務團隊是這裏最動人的風景線。有入住前的點滴交代，有家人般在酒店門口的熱情迎接和送別，有遇到困難細緻入微的關心。在酒店晚餐時因雨天竟送上煮好的薑茶——這份超越標準化服務的用心，讓旅途的疲憊瞬間消散。 園林般酒店內處處藏着治癒系彩蛋：兩衹可愛的鸚鵡會停在肩頭與你對話；午後在池塘邊享用下午茶，黑天鵝優雅游弋的姿態宛如芭蕾；草坪上蹦跳的垂耳兔家族，讓整個空間充滿童趣生機。更難得的是，這些萌寵都被照料得油光水滑，可見酒店對生命的尊重與用心。 餐廳出品和隱藏餐單讓原本挑剔的味蕾也得到了滿足，早晚餐都選擇在酒店解決，早餐單點充滿儀式感，更驚喜的是零點菜單延續至11點，睡到自然醒後對着水墨畫卷般的窗景享用早午餐，連午餐都一併詩意解決。 離店時還收到貼心的水果和雨衣，這大概就是玖壤的魅力——不僅提供休憩的場所，更用充滿靈性的細節編織出令人念念不忘的情感羈絆。畢竟在匆忙的旅途中，能遇見這般既懂風月、更懂人心的棲居之所，本就是難得的緣分。

這次來陽朔，入住陽朔玖壤酒店真是選對了！酒店在桂林陽朔山勢高處，東望東嶺朝霞，西臨灕江 ，還巧妙避開了喧鬧的市區，能在自然山水中享受靜謐。房間寬敞明亮，窗外的喀斯特地貌和絕美落日讓人百看不厭。房間裏的硬件設施也很豪華，有寶格麗洗護備品、戴森吹風機，連茶包都是TWG的，細節直接拉滿。下次來陽朔，肯定還住這兒！

😊必須給陽朔玖壤酒店一個大大的好評！作為廣西唯一的SLH成員酒店，真的實至名歸。 從地理位置來説，距離西街就10分鐘車程，出行方便，鬧中取靜。酒店把文化美學和陽朔本土風情完美融合，連花藝都是東京安縵同款花道師操刀的，藝術氛圍拉滿。房間配置超絕，住起來舒適又安心。

玖壤真的是在陽朔沒想到的一個很好的酒店，酒店位置好，風景好，安靜。每一位工作人員的服務都很認真負責。前台的一位工作人員怕我找不到，早晨送我去灕江邊的步道去鍛鍊。 酒店的餐廳也很好吃，兩天點的每一道菜都很好吃，早餐味道也很好，早餐的米線好吃。酒店的露台早晨看日出很好看。能看日出能一覽陽朔早晨的美景。酒店的三衹小兔子孩子很喜歡，酒店有個小池塘還可以釣魚。
