It was really amazing trip. The service was great, the owner was supportive and helpful. The view from the hotel was amazing, I would recommend everyone to visit there

The room themselves were huge and quiet. The staffs are friendly and very helpful and great location.But room has a musty .

Very generous roomsize. The location is directly in the main area and there is also a little foot pool on the roof.

Yangshuo best scenic view in guilin! Zhenmei best view on 5th floor. Wonderful stay big room best price. Small goodie bag upon departure. Most recommended stay!

Love this hotel. Everything you need are provided. Very thoughtful. You can buy local tours from them. The prices are much cheaper than Trip.com and Klook. The hotel also arrange transportation to Guilin, High speed train station at a very reasonable price.The services rendered at the travel and tour counters are exemplarary. The receptionist are very helpful. They will try their best to assist you. Everything is perfect. The only one small complain that I have is the housekeeping didn't clean/wipe the mirrors. You can see some kind of mucus stains on the mirror left by previous guest (looks like someone has cough on it). It was left on the mirror for the 4 nights we stayed. Overall it was a good stay and we enjoyed our stay.

View is great 😍 hotel amaneties were rich. They also provided free drinks 😉

Good location and good hotel

Our family had a wonderful stay at the Zhenmei Resort Chain Hotel. The location is unbeatable, surrounded by vibrant night markets filled with delicious food and great shopping just steps away. The hotel was clean, spacious, and offered amazing views, making it a perfect base for our adventures. The staff was incredibly helpful and friendly, ensuring we had everything we needed. We highly recommend the Zhenmei Resort for anyone seeking a convenient and lively atmosphere. We can’t wait to return for another fantastic family vacation!

It's a nice place, very strategic, right in front of the West Street. Surrounding, there's a lot of famous fish beer place to eat. Very vibrant. The hotel 5th floor have a very nice rooftop for Instagrammable shots. We were upgraded to a bigger room, nice king bed with windows. So, it was a great experience. The only thing can improve is the air ventilation. The room the hotel area smells of cigarette as people are smoking in the indoor space. Overall, I'm still recommend it as the location and the price is worth the value.

Hotel was very nice and safe, would recommend for travelers. Right next to main street so prime location aswell. Front desk staff are very nice and helpful despite not knowing English. Forgot my charger at the hotel. They were nice enough to contact me upfront and express parcel it back to me. 10/10 Service.

Cheap and tiny outdated rooms but the location is unbeatable! Pros: -great location, great view from the top floor balcony -nice staff -cheap Cons: -Luggage storage is in a public space (not behind the counter) which made me nervous, but thankfully nothing was stolen. -Breakfast was not available during my stay. -Spots that look like mold on walls and mirrors -Shower is tiny, I keep bumping into the wall during my shower! -room is tiny -faucet poorly designed, my hands bump against the faucet when washing

nice people at front desk place is clean and quiet it's about a 20 min walk to thr main area would stay here rather than the main area but if your comeing to stay 1 day would be enought to see everything in the town
