First of all, Trip.com has the WRONG ADDRESS listed on their website for this place. I received a confirmation email with a totally different address and a location much farther away than our route was going to take us on our bike trip. By the time we noticed the wrong address, it was too late to cancel for a refund. I contacted trip.com about the wrong information posted on their website for this place and asked for a refund. They denied the information was wrong and refused to refund us. I will not use trip com again.
