The hotel was very comfortable and made me feel safe and sound as well , food was delicious and their wine collection are great . Will surely return to this hotel in coming visits. Every staffs are so welcoming and warm to everyone .

Location is basically good but not easy to find shops nearby, Inya lake is just on the opposite side of the road but have to walk long way from the hotel room because the hotel is situated in the inward inlet. There's no water bottle in the room but instead guests have to go to the hallway to use the water server machine, which never gave cold enough water. This is an European hotel and says a lot about eco-friendly or sustainable stuff, but it means downgraded service compared to other hotels run by Korea or Singapore. Breakfast is simply superb and I liked very much.  Overall good hotel but it is recommended those who can sacrifice comfort for the sake of some peculiar things like sustainability.

The check in process was smooth. Breakfast was okay. Room and bed is comfortable and clean

Room felt a bit worn. Comfortable bed and had all the basic amenities. Refill water bottle. Accommodating and helpful reception staff. Value for money. Would stay again if in the neighborhood.

Nice hotel to stay !

Mercure Hotel has always been a second to me and my partner. We’d stay here with friends and we even booked them during our wedding day. On our recent stay, it was so nice to be back with my baby and parents. Staff always welcomes us and serve us with smiles. Another thing I like about this hotel is their continuous commitment to improvement, and live and care to Mother Earth. They started eliminating single-use plastics and now uses sustainable packagings and items. I highly recommend Mercure Hitel!

Great attitude of all staff ,wanderful breakfast. facilities are a little bit old but still comfortable

I am business women and travelling most in Asian country I always look for Accor hotel , and Mercure Myanmar is my favorite hotel , because the design , the environment, excellent service all staff very friendly and helpful, the room so clean and have all you need big refrigeration with freezer component . I always get to hotel late this time the refig not so cool I ask staff at night time k they comes to check and they change right away at 10 pm , unlike other try to fix or ask for tomorrow ＜ I am really impress their service the break fast is so good quality and many Chinses , Myanmar , Europe Japan , fresh juice and also have infusion water , I am really enjoy stay in Mercure Myanmar

I requested pool view room but received construction view room.

部屋は広く、インヤ湖の近くでロケーションは良いです。隣接の部屋の音が聞こえる場合が有ります。 シャワーの水圧は少し弱めですが、許容範囲です。 レストランの朝食は美味しかったです。 なお、JCBカードを決済出来る端末を用意せず、決済不可と言われました。多数のJCBカードのロゴが掲示されているにも関わらず、です。VISAで決済しましたが、ヤンゴンはVISAよりもJCBの方がカード手数料が安いです。 スタッフは明るく友好的でそれが良かったです。
