The location was the best aspect of this hotel. The reception service needs to be improved. They should provide the staff members a proper training on how to receive foreigners and people in general. The breakfast was the same for a week. The breakfast buffet didn't have any bread, butter, cheese,jam and coffee. After the typhoon the hotel waterpark wasn't cleaned for 2 days so we felt like our time and money was wasted. Even when the waterpark was open the pools were not very clean. The beach service is another terrible story. The guards provided by the hotel didn't let us properly swim even when the sea was calm , they just wanted us to pay for their boats and other attractions( cause they didn't let people properly swim they thought we would have to pay for other attractions. )We had to take a taxi to Dajiao bay , where the service was excellent.And last but not least , the cleaners left the gargabe in the corridor for 3 days , it smelled terrible.
