The hotel is good for skiing in and out, To walk in and out needs some stamina as it’s located on higher ground, but there is a free shuttle service till 5:30pm. The onsen is the best as it has both indoor and outdoor onsen. It’s so good to have the onsen in the snow.

Kind of ski in ski out while the hotel shuttle is readily available to and from the cable car station. Super friendly drivers!

I had a plan to stay on January 19th, but because of the coronavirus, I contacted the hotel to cancel on the 17th. Even though it was the coronavirus, you can't cancel for free lol You have to pay a 20%fee or more and you have to contact Trip to cancel it yourself. After that, I informed Trip to cancel on the 17th immediately. Trip said that they would contact me by the 18th, but since I didn't know which employee promised to cancel for 20%, I was charged the full cancellation fee. Even though I informed them to cancel before my stay due to health reasons '2 days in advance', the hotel refused to let me cancel my stay, Moreover They didn't let me change my check-in date, and didn't let me change guest name. It was different from every other hotel in Japan that I've stayed at. I consider this to be the worst service I've ever encountered. Even though I thought I wanted to stay at a hotel in Zao after I recovered, I didn't want to stay here. I will recommend this experience to everyone I know. 最悪

地理位置在山坡上，但有司機隨時接送去大街任何地方 司機相當貼心會確認清楚你到的位置對不對，不是丟下你就走 唯一缺點是回飯店只能打電話叫司機，無法在去程時約好時間地點，沒有日本號碼就只能請店家幫忙打電話。 若使用配合的租借雪具店家，滑完只需把雪具放在飯店門口即可，店家會來收回雪具。 飯店內有露天溫泉相當舒服

ถือเป็นที่พักที่นอนสบายมาก เหมือนอยู่บ้าน โรงแรมใหญ่ ทำเลสำหรับคนมีรถถือว่าดี ตั้งอยู่ที่เนินสูงพอสมควร แต่ติดกับลานสกี หมายเลข 3 เลย จากโรงแรมสามารถเดินออกด้านข้างและสไลด์ลงไปที่ลานสกีได้เลย ข้อดีคือสะดวกตรงนี่ ข้อเสียคือ ผมไม่มีรถเวลากลางคืนต้องขึ้นลงเนินไกลพอสมควรจากถนนเส้นหลัก แต่ก็เดินได้ชิวๆเพราะอากาศหนาวดี ข้อดี ข้อเด่น รร มีบ่อน้ำร้อนส่วนตัวและสาธารณะ บ่อสาธารณะเข้าฟรี ดีมาก แช่ทุกวันเลย จองอาหารเช้า และเย็น อร่อยและคุ้มค่ามากๆ โรงแรม มีบริการรถรับส่งฟรีถึง 17:30 น. หากใครเดินทาง ก็แจ้งให้ โรงแรมไปรับส่งได้ ก็ถือว่าดีเลย

位置有一段彎路較斜，大雪下步行上酒店有點困難，酒店有接駁車接載，但要打電話給酒店，露天溫泉不錯，食物質素都不錯，招待有禮，大多數日本旅客多，房大及間整潔，在2月中旺季來說，價錢2人約港幣2千多元，一泊二食，很性價比啊！

酒店有車輛接送服務，員工態度非常有善，位置稍高一點距離Lawson 十分鐘路程，和式房間很大又有暖氣，住得非常舒適，不能預訂早餐及晚餐較為可惜，有露天溫泉及室內溫泉都是天然泉水

酒店位於半山，適合自駕人士，飲食購物或前往雪場其他入口均需駕車出入。酒店旁有小路往中央口滑雪。酒店沒有洗衣機非常不便。

它太美了，美得讓我意外，當我打開門，我驚呆了，這不就是我一直期待的日式雪景房嗎？！！空間非常大，很乾凈，浴室和廁所分離，體驗非常棒！還會再去，温泉也很棒！

酒店提供免費停車位置和專車接送去附景點，包括去藏王山麓駅纜車站。提供的早晚餐很好味。還有提供大眾温泉，也有付費私人温泉。

服務和位置都沒得説，露天温暖也很舒服，滑雪旅行無敵了，滑完了再泡個澡超級舒服。酒店也有纜車和滑雪裝備打折券，很適合度假。
