Same room category but better room quality than last time we stayed. Very unfriendly handling of getting our luggage from the rental car, but very friendly service inside. All in all a very good choice for downtown Xining.

A welcome sight not far from where the Airport bus drops. 12 minutes walk to the main railway station - if you like steep stairs on the underpass. Convenient walk to Dogguan Mosque site, local restaurants and City Mall. Grandiose lobby (where you check in) is on the 21st floor. Many facilities on different floors, but most seemed shuttered and unavailable. Hallway and room were in excellent condition. Nice room layout and view of the city. However, shower room light would not turn off at night. Study desk was a bit wobbly. Muslim Specialty restaurant has a high end menu but the sofas are not suited for dining, I think. Hotel's free vegetarian breakfast buffet was very tasty.

We booked this hotel as a stopover before we took the train to Lhasa. Location is perfect, next to the train station. absolute recommendation. Staff is helpful.

Very near to the train station if u r catching an outbound train to somewhere or lhasa! But there are not much shops and malls near the hotel, being the old or muslim quarters...

This is really an International Hotel with 5 star standard. Service, amenities and room toiletries is of premium quality except the central aircon is not switched on so the room temperature is at 25°C cannot be adjusted much lower, only can switch to fan full blast but not cold. When I lodge a complaint, the staff says they don't switch the central aircon for month of May but advise to just open the window as it gets cold in the evening. The cold air do come in through the window to keep the room cool.They will switch on the central aircon in month of June and July when it's very hot. Overall I love this hotel as it's next to the railway station and many local street food around the hotel. Highly recommended!

Great location, very close to the train station. Nice room and everything is fine. The only thing is the smell of smoke. If you don’t mind it then it’s great. Otherwise, I would pick something that has a little more control over where people can smoke.

Location is excellent in front of Railway station, it is excellent in service, it has excellent breakfast for Chinese and foreigner too,Room also big size with all required ammonites.True value of money

設施：畢竟是17，18的裝修了，保養的還算OK 衞生：有些小細節做的不到位 環境：地段不錯，前面就是西寧站，有免費停車有自己的停車場 服務：給升級了房間，308一晚性價比不錯的，服務也OK，早餐一般，不過這個價格已經不錯了。

入住青海開元大飯店的這幾天，簡直是旅途中的一份驚喜！從踏入大堂開始，就被温暖的服務包圍，前台小姐姐辦理入住又快又貼心，還主動介紹了周邊的遊玩路線和本地美食，瞬間讓奔波的疲憊消散了不少。確實有一點很讓我疑惑，其實酒店早餐真的算比較豐富了，也沒有評論上説的房間不乾淨，大家還是理性看待差評吧，總而言之我覺得還是不錯！我是開車來的走的時候還給了兩瓶礦泉水

可以可以可以！第二次入住了感覺不錯，最讓我喜歡的就是酒店早餐，西寧的風景很美啊，不愧是避暑勝地，來了幾天了出門還要穿外套，性價比還算不錯，免費給我升級了房間，下的到店付的訂單看了之前的評價還有點猶豫，不過到酒店以後全部顧慮都被打消了，很推薦大家來嘗試一下這家酒店，大堂在21樓很特別，刷房卡的時候剛好看到了夕陽，下次有機會再去品品茶，適合打卡拍照！繼續保持吧

昨日入住青海開元飯店，總結幾點超棒體驗：1. 酒店位置相當出色，周邊交通便捷。2.前台人員服務比較熱情3.房間內也有空調。4.早餐整體比較豐富中西式結合吧算是，總的來説算是一次不錯的體驗～推薦推薦！！！！

走到火車站15分鐘左右，出門右轉過馬路就到廣場 火車站廣場前正在開修，火車站廣場右邊就是西寧客運中心，到縣區，各個景點的客車。酒店樓下就是公交車站，可以去市區內各個地點，西寧的交通非常方便。

酒店不是新店，經營作風穩健。服務硬件配置到位、房間整潔乾淨，服務熱情周到。早餐豐富，品種多樣，尤其是西寧老酸奶，味道純、口感好。酒店口岸得天獨厚，出門就是青海本地特產一條街，方便貨比三家，選購土特產。美中不足的是，地下車位略顯尷尬，空間容量有限。
