Same room category but better room quality than last time we stayed. Very unfriendly handling of getting our luggage from the rental car, but very friendly service inside. All in all a very good choice for downtown Xining.

A welcome sight not far from where the Airport bus drops. 12 minutes walk to the main railway station - if you like steep stairs on the underpass. Convenient walk to Dogguan Mosque site, local restaurants and City Mall. Grandiose lobby (where you check in) is on the 21st floor. Many facilities on different floors, but most seemed shuttered and unavailable. Hallway and room were in excellent condition. Nice room layout and view of the city. However, shower room light would not turn off at night. Study desk was a bit wobbly. Muslim Specialty restaurant has a high end menu but the sofas are not suited for dining, I think. Hotel's free vegetarian breakfast buffet was very tasty.

We booked this hotel as a stopover before we took the train to Lhasa. Location is perfect, next to the train station. absolute recommendation. Staff is helpful.

Very near to the train station if u r catching an outbound train to somewhere or lhasa! But there are not much shops and malls near the hotel, being the old or muslim quarters...

This is really an International Hotel with 5 star standard. Service, amenities and room toiletries is of premium quality except the central aircon is not switched on so the room temperature is at 25°C cannot be adjusted much lower, only can switch to fan full blast but not cold. When I lodge a complaint, the staff says they don't switch the central aircon for month of May but advise to just open the window as it gets cold in the evening. The cold air do come in through the window to keep the room cool.They will switch on the central aircon in month of June and July when it's very hot. Overall I love this hotel as it's next to the railway station and many local street food around the hotel. Highly recommended!

Great location, very close to the train station. Nice room and everything is fine. The only thing is the smell of smoke. If you don’t mind it then it’s great. Otherwise, I would pick something that has a little more control over where people can smoke.

Location is excellent in front of Railway station, it is excellent in service, it has excellent breakfast for Chinese and foreigner too,Room also big size with all required ammonites.True value of money

該酒店坐落位置在路邊，是一家高端的大酒店，雖然建立時間有點長了，但當初的基礎設計還是不錯的，酒店前台設在21層，一樓有服務員熱情接待指點，熱情的服務員給升級了房間，房間寬敞潔凈明亮 ，床品乾淨舒適，衞生間乾濕分離，用起來很方便。（但有兩點小建議；1、洗浴間放洗浴用品的籃筐是否太小了點？2、馬桶間可否安裝一個放置手機的小平台？）另外早餐非常豐富，服務人員也很到位。門前停車方便安全，安保人員也很負責，並熱心介紹景點路線。總之是一次非常滿意入住體驗！強烈推薦！

房間很大，遇到的服務人員都很熱情，整體入住感受很不錯。就是那個電視一進去它就出聲，有點煩。這個地理位置太優越了，門口就是公交車站，出行很方便。不遠處就是西寧站，我們坐機場大巴過來的下車走過來也不遠。早餐也可以，不算特別多種類，有拉麪，酸奶。

這次入住體驗簡直太棒了！原本預訂的普通標間沒有了，老闆娘超級貼心地免費給我們升級到了豪華標間，房間寬敞舒適，設施一流，真是讓人驚喜連連！這樣的服務態度和貼心程度，真的是讓人難以忘懷！強烈推薦這家酒店，下次一定還會再來！

五星級酒店，絕對不打折，停車免費，房間乾淨無異味、各樓層服務員熱情周到，一樓保安大叔指揮停車，態度很好，晚上21樓大堂還有免費的夜宵，有不清楚的問服務員，她會很快到房間來回復，今天我是來再住的，實在是太棒了，早餐豐富程度真是沒得説，以後有機會來西寧還會選擇住這裏

酒店位置還不錯，距離西寧站，過個馬路走路也就7分鐘左右。五星級酒店定的豪華雙床房價格也就300出頭，酒店大堂在21樓，入住時晚上7點多了，前台邊上還有夜宵，稀飯、小零食、烤腸、花生米、飲料，雖然不多也能墊墊肚子，這個在其他酒店還沒遇到過。房間面積挺大的，特別是洗浴區很寬敞，就是休息區有點侷促，並且沒有茶几，有個小沙發緊挨着床，想點個外面也沒地方吃，不過酒店的早餐還是不錯的，品種比較多，還有牛肉麪、氂牛酸奶等當地特色，咖啡也有現磨的。出酒店大門左轉過兩個路口往右走有條街飯館很多，都是當地特色，打車去的尕張娃，有個七八公里遠，他家的烤肉、炕鍋很不錯，很多明星去過他家。酒店門口左邊有個麪館叫一定香，如果趕車或者飛機，可以吃一下還不錯。在西寧主要去的青海湖、茶卡鹽湖、塔爾寺，都值得一去。唯一感覺不好的是，第二天去青海湖，6點多就要出門，7點才早餐，跟前台説後，讓餐廳準備的簡餐帶走，説是放到餐廳門口，但是早上6點多去拿，5樓餐廳沒開門，打開卷簾門，也沒看到，前台協調了10多分鐘，沒人知道放哪了，最後終於找到一個人説是放餐廳前台了，早上還有其他客人也要早走，估計都拿走了，餐廳工作人員抓緊拿袋子裝了兩袋吃的，雖然也解決了但是耽誤了20多分鐘。總體感覺這家酒店性價比很高，值得入住。

1.本來定的別的酒店，攜程上彈窗無空調遂選擇了這家顯示有空調的，結果到了後告知即將供暖空調無法使用，這種是不是應該像別人一樣及時告知？ 2.洗澡換下來的衣物第二天發現不見了，諮詢住房部説不清楚，等第二天保潔阿姨來了幫我問下，結果第二天我都退房走了還沒個反饋 3.定的大床房，到了後發現並沒有給先預留房間而是臨時分配，還弄成了雙床房，第二晚諮詢換房告知大床房是隔間隔音不好遂放棄
