Very beautiful Christmas decorations at the hotel lobby, but the room seems dated. There was background noise in the room the whole night; if you are a light sleeper like me, it may be a problem. The breakfast was ok, but it was slightly disappointing that there was no coffee machine.

Very nice hotel, strategic location, near by has many restaurant and bar and mall, nice indoor swimming pool with sauna and steam room. Very nice!

The hotel location is convenient to a few shopping malls and eateries. Staff were very friendly and went extra mile to extend our check out until 4pm when we told them our train to Lhasa was at 9pm. The lobby staff even helped us with ******* delivery. Will definitely be back. Thank you.

The rooms are gorgeous - really nicely decorated with lovely comfortable beds. The staff are also exceptionally helpful. Xiaotian from the Guest Service Center very efficiently located an item we had left and arranged to have it mailed on. The doormen were also very willing to help with bags and help with communicating with taxis. We loved our stay here.

An old style hotel heating is too warm, please take off stupid Paris looks in the lobby to replace snow leopard.... out of date ..we are in China

We had an amazing time! The hotel is so luxurious, clean and the staff is very professional. We were so pleased with our stay and will always recommend staying at Sofitel to our friends!

All was better as expected. But I want to mention that the service staff in the restaurant was the most polite and helpful I ever experienced in China.

Amazing hotel with superb facilities. Best breakfast buffet we had anywhere in China. We used the pool, sauna, steam, gym, ping pong, and billiards facilities, and got nails done at the salon. Everything was great, and the staff was always super friendly. Likewise in the ******* cultural goods shop and at the concierge desk. All around excellent stay.

Great hotel with good views of downtown Xining. Close to shopping, restaurants, and a nice river park walk. Staff was friendly and accommodating. Not much English is spoken but they go out of their way to help!

The rooms at the Sofitel were spacious, modern, and impeccably clean. I was particularly impressed by the attention to detail in the room's design and furnishings, creating a cozy and inviting ambiance. The comfortable bed ensured a restful sleep, and the well-appointed bathroom offered all the necessary amenities. The hotel's dining options were equally impressive. The on-site restaurant served a wide variety of delicious local and international cuisines. The breakfast buffet was especially impressive, offering a generous selection of dishes to satisfy all tastes. I also enjoyed dining at the hotel's bar. One highlight of my stay was the attentiveness and genuine care shown by the hotel staff. They consistently went above and beyond to ensure my comfort and satisfaction throughout my stay.

Everything ok. Friendly staff. Very good breakfast and we recommend the dinner buffet. Alcohol and desserts included in the price.

For this type of establishment it is really not a Sofitel It was difficult nearly impossible to have a glass of french wine white or red ….. very expensive for not much The room are beautiful. The people try there best At that level the rest is mediocre… I am french I forgot the Eiffel Tower is cute 🙏🌴🙏
