It is rated as 5 star property and they do not have room service. B.fast was very cold. No Ice cube in the Hotel . Location is so bad that you do not get any Normal Taxi you have to call the private taxi like DIDI Bath room shower was not working if you open the tab both the hand and the top shower run together. All towels are kept in Plastic bags seems to us weather to use or not if used hope they do not charge.

The only hotel to stay at when in the city. About 25 minute drive from the train station. Restaurants, bakery and retail are three minute walk from the hotel.

The hotel's facilities, services are first-class, the lobby manager and customer service to very enthusiastic, patient, make people feel like home warm. Whenever we go to Xingtai in the future, we will definitely stay here. Thanks to all the staff!

We had a few misunderstandings with the reception staff, since no one spoke English properly and we couldn’t speak Chinese, still they mixed up a few things. They made processes, such as a later check in than expected and paying, more difficult than they should have been. However, the room was nice and clean, looked like in the pictures. The food from the room service was already cold, apart from that alright. Breakfast was really good and the staff there was super friendly and helpful. Laundry service was worth the price, as it was really good as well.

I was here for a week and the staff is very helpful. Lily at the front desk is super sweet and helped me find what I needed. This hotel smells really nice and they give you plenty of water! 👍👍👍

酒店環境特別好～我們選的是家庭親子套房，哆啦A夢主題非常可愛。還專門配備了小朋友的洗漱用品，還有水果和小禮物，非常的細緻，小朋友很喜歡。酒店的層數很高，住在高層的話視野開闊，體驗感非常好。早餐也很棒，種類豐富，尤其是豆沫和煎餅，強烈推薦。餛飩也不錯。總而言之，真是一次不錯的入住體驗。不愧是老牌五星級酒店！

第一次到邢台遊玩，選擇了據説當地唯一五星酒店，果然酒店真的是蓋的大氣磅礴，停車場就好大。最讓我驚喜是前台服務更好，本來計劃讓前台再給升個級，沒想到，前台美女小趙熱情告訴我，都安排好了，不但升級還按照我的選擇還給安排的陽面，如果感到熱可以再調！點個贊，後來前台張經理給辦理了入住，親自送到電梯，還説有啥事隨時聯繫！點贊張經理，讓客人有賓至如歸的感覺！房間舒適整潔，能看到邢台全景，智能馬桶，乾淨床品，美味水果，歡迎造型，每處點滴體現酒店給予的温暖！早上起晚了，餐廳服務人員微笑服務多次提醒，多拿點，快閉餐了，一位銀色制服應該是經理吧看我倒牛奶不多了，趕緊過來幫助拿取！點贊餐廳美女們！美麗邢台、温暖的酒店都給我留下美好回憶！

這是邢台當地唯一的五星酒店，屋內設施偏傳統風格，但各種設施洗漱用具和拖鞋等，符合五星標準，一點不含糊。返京中途路過邢台暫住一晚，體驗很好，特別是酒店提供的自助早餐，品種豐富，性價比高。酒店帶地庫和地面停車場，有充電樁，電車友好。前台負責人王程昱熱情，職業，很好的維護了酒店的形象。

過來邢台玩，邢台最好的五星酒店了，價格不貴，雖不在市中心，但是交通便利，我們下午到的，大堂經理主動過來迎接，幫忙辦理入住，並且安排了高層陽面房間，看到有長者，主動提出是否需要防滑拖鞋，安排房間提出避免有浴缸的房間，防止長者洗澡不方便，給準備了迎賓水果等等，讓我想起了張佳寧在《歡樂頌》裏扮演的客房部經理，體現一個詞“專業”。禮貌問了下，經理姓王[強]

房間高端大氣上檔次，果然是五星酒店。免費給我升級了零壓力床墊，還送了免費的水果，感覺比在家裡都舒服。酒店高端就算了，關鍵酒店的每一位工作人員都熱情微笑有禮貌，讓人感覺很舒服。酒店五星沒問題，關鍵酒店服務超五星，我還會再來的，希望貴酒店越來越好！順祝每一位酒店員工健康快樂！

自駕回京途中，選擇了在邢台豪華酒店排行榜第一的萬峯大酒店，名不虛傳，酒店設施非常好，房間也很寬敞。尤其是早餐很好，最喜歡他們家的小米粥還有羊肉麪條，前台也很熱情。

酒店位置優越，邢台本市唯一的星級酒店，設施都非常棒，停車場在樓前，大堂寬敞明亮，總枱接待人員語言文明、操作快速、指示明確，大堂主管親自引導，將客人送至房間服務很温馨，送水果送飲水，都會及時，在客人離店，主動幫助接送行李🧳。酒店房間整潔乾淨，衞生間乾濕分離，馬桶🚽蓋是自動控制的，浴巾消毒用品用塑料袋包裝的，早餐中西結合、品類多樣，值得點贊哦👍
