首先哈，這個海景配這個價格是性價比很高的。衞生和設施也能基本過關。家裡老少也都滿意。唯一一點：老闆推薦的館子都是擺爛式小作坊，建議多去走走看看。

民宿優勢在於就在高羅沙灘邊上很方便，下去就是沙灘🏖️不足之處就是沒電梯上下樓梯不方便，房間不大衞生間較小、但這價位相對比周邊而言倒也便宜很多，房間裏的窗簾污漬很明顯建議清洗或者更換，影響了入住體驗感。民宿周邊就有餐館和麪館吃飯也方便，這一條路上的風景點很多：下尾島、大京沙灘、海尾島，東海一號線的網紅打卡都在這路上並都很漂亮，入住這裏遊覽也很方便！

老闆蠻好的；入住的時候出了點問題，老闆及時給我們更換了房間，出門就有小吃和海灘，很方便！下次有機會再來住！！！！！

房間很好，在高羅沙灘，衞生符合民宿的標準，三餐需要在民宿外解決。
重點誇讚一下老闆！！人超級超級nice！從最開始幫我們詢問去四礵列島的船，找了位朋友價格非常友好！用非常便宜的價格租給我們電動車，我們人多車子不夠，還去一起詢問了別的酒店。去碼頭會稍微遠些，幫我們找朋友訂車，確定合適的價格。大好人老闆！🎉

離沙灘很近，走過去不到兩分鐘。隔壁應該是個部隊吧，早晚能聽到拉練的聲音，不過基本不影響，反而覺得安全感滿滿。老闆挺熱情，整體還是很不錯的！

第一次去霞浦旅行，隨便找了一個高羅沙灘的名宿，入住總結：房間環境整體還是不錯的，乾乾淨淨很舒適，對比其他性價比蠻高的，而且離沙灘也很近，非常適合來沙灘旅行的老鐵，離積石碼頭也很近，出島坐船玩也方便，我住的這個是海景房，當然透過窗户觀海也是很不錯滴嘿嘿嘿，老闆也很熱情，還幫忙聯繫了拼車的司機，總之很推薦，點贊👍
