The hotel has very friendly and helpful desk staff. The room was clean and the heated floor made the stay very comfortable

I stayed 1 night and choose floor heating room. The room is clean & spacious. Bathroom is clean and has smart toilet, for my daughter who cant be use squat toilet. This is good. It has TV and wifi. The staff was very friendly, i ask mi fan and coffee. Also ask oxygen, she gave me free🙏🏻😄 xie xie ni. If you want to go to shuangqiaoguo scenic spot it is 8km from the hotel you can ask local taxi it only 45rmb for 3 ppl. You can get breakfast and dinner here. If you cant eat spicy food. You can ask like yang chow fried rice or soup. Nice place for stay. Only the staff cannot speak english, so it is a little difficult for international tourist like us. But you can communicate with google translate.

I like the heater at the floor to keep our loom warm and also the dinner with yak hot pot it’s very nice

The hotel is located on the hill where you can enjoy the mountain view and only 15 minute walk to city center. One thing, i want to highlight is their service. The staff is very attentive and supportive to the request. Highly recommend

Vala tom is very comfortable to stay. Even it's not in the restaurant location, the reception help you get the taxi every time you need. The room is warm and cozy. The view is also great.

We had a very pleasant stay here. The staff was really helpful and the room facility and the view is perfect with mountain. Especially the staff name called Zhang sitong can speak english very well and help us alots for car booking and necessary translation. 🤩 Thank you 🤩

Very good customer service and help from the hotel team. They helped us with a lot of questions about hiking in Siguniang as well as transportation. They recommended a very good driver that we were able to arrange transport with. The breakfast and dinner was very good. I recommend having dinner and breakfast at the hotel. Much more convenient and affordable than going elsewhere in town. Highly recommend.
