A nice place to stay if you have an early flight or a late arrival. I had a good night’s sleep that day.
The staffs are nice, she picked me when I’m lost in the airport.

Booked a capsule ( with bath facilities) . I was upgraded to a Box room *see photos (without bath facilities)* had to use the Public Toilet in Terminal. I appreciate the upgrade regardless. It was Comfortable and Clean.

This hotel is inside the airport, so it’s better to stay here for if you leave or arrive in Xi’an early morning or midnight

It was nice to have a space to tears after a flight. Convenient, fast, clean. All good for few hours of rest

This was exactly as it was advertised! A bed within the airport without anything else. No sink, no toilet, no shower. Just a nice quiet place to catch a nap without needing a cab or anything else as required by any off-site hotel. It was a bit awkward to go brush teeth etc in the airport restroom, and given the fact that it is nothing more than a bed, it might be considered a bit pricey. But if I were in the same circumstance ever again (arrived at midnight with an early morning train the next day), I would stay here again.
Note that the Trip.com site really needs better instructions on how to get to these capsules... you need to go to the departure floor and these are on a hallway right at the side of check-in counters.

The website says' room with shared bathroom'.
Turned out to be the shared bathroom was the Airports facilities outside the hotel.
The room was a capsule with no space to put your belongings.
Disappointing experience.

The staffs are friendly and the location is inside the airport. They do provide toothbrush and you need to ask the staff.

Super friendly staffs, hotel location is really good. But not recommend if you want to have a good sleep here, its hard to sleep since you can hear all the movements from neighbors though everyone tries to be super quiet
