Svar fra overnatningssted: 尊敬的女士您好，很抱歉沒有做到讓您滿意，我們當天詢問了您是否需要幫忙搬行李您説不需要，因為民宿是老房子改建的本身沒有電梯哦，沙發我們每天都有安排人進行清洗和整理，但是一些頑固污跡無法清楚後續我們會想更好的辦法進行處理，馬桶 每天阿姨都有進行清洗和洗刷哦，沒有給您帶來好的入住體驗很抱歉。
