Nice bed and strategic location, but the chair is too low so could not work properly.

The room is spacious. Price is reasonable and good location. Walking distance to zhongshan pedestrian street. Just that cleanliness need to improve for toilet as a small cockcroach at toilet and some hair and dust outside the toilet. Overall with the price ok.

Highly recommended. Very economical and cost effective. The owner upgraded my room without any extra charges. Hygienic environment and convenient location.

Amazing location! It’s right at the pedestrian street so a bunch of food and shopping. The location was a little hard to find as you have to squeeze through the small alleyways to find hotel. Owner is very sweet and has their son help out with the hotel

I am disappointed with my stay at Yipin. Saw the ratings that were decent so I booked a promotional room, knowing it would be small and that’s okay with me. But I am very disappointed over a few things. Firstly, I arrived close to 3pm (check in is at 2pm) but my room wasn’t ready. Had to wait for a while for the room to be ready as they cleaning other rooms. There was a very strong 下水道 (drain) stench from the toilet, and i could smell it even as I tried to sleep at night 😭. Room was clean, but the water kettle was crusty and disgusting. No hair dryer, towels were disposable ones. No connection in the room (I can’t use my data roaming) and wifi I can only connect it the one at the reception because the room wifi requires a China number (hk and macau number also cannot). Sound proofing is bad (but I can accept that for the price paid). Though I must say that the location is very convenient, at the back alley of the shopping street BUT that meant that cars can’t enter 🥲 my didi driver dropped me off at a Main Street and I spent quite some time locating the hotel while dragging my luggage along. Also because it’s located at a back alley, it might not be the safest for solo female travelers like myself. Conclusion: This hotel is not a good deal. Only book it if you prioritize saving money (it’s also not THAT cheap…) over comfort/safety. I will not visit this hotel again.

酒店不算大但位置很好，住店幾步路就能到中山路主街。店裡麪配了直升梯，到店當天東西帶的有點多，老闆娘還很熱心幫忙把行李提進房間。出去玩的時候一看高德發現附近不遠處不僅有公交車站還有地鐵站，前台的小弟還介紹説有個brt站，不過那個好像太麻煩了沒坐明白哈哈
