This hotel is amazing! Location: Super near to Xiamen Railway station, only a 3-5 mins drive away. Facilities and hygiene: Very generous with the space. Comfortably fits 2 or even more large size luggages. Interior is impressive and comparable to 4-star hotels I’ve stayed in China. They even allow you to choose your pillows! My friend went for the massage in the hotel and she said it’s the best one she had in China. Service: The best part of our stay. Check-in is fast and they offered to help us deliver our luggages to our room. During our stay we found out that thr is a small stain on our pillow and called the front desk to request for a change. They apologised and quickly changed our pillows, we even received complimentary fruits and snacks from them. Really impressive service recovery! And did I mention they even offered high speed hairdryer and type C and A cables in the room! I brought my laifen hairdryer for nothing hahaha If you’re an international traveller looking for a comfy stay in the centre of Xiamen, I’d highly recommend this hotel. I’ve already sent it to a few of my friends who frequent Xiamen often😉

The staff at the hotel were very friendly and helpful. They upgraded us to a bigger room. The free coffee/tea, snacks and fruits on 1st floor (2nd floor in China’s term) were the added bonus! The laundry room is very tidy and clean where we did our laundry there for free. The room was clean and modern. They refilled the free snacks, 4 free mineral water bottles and dripped coffee bag and tea bags daily. Highly recommended!

This hotel is in great location to access BRT and subway within couple minutes which make commuting at ease. The hotel's staff (front desk and house keeping) are very professional and helpful. They are very knowledgable about area and can recommend us where to get good food & restaurant without sweat. The room layout is great and super clean. 

Special thanks to Jean for her service and kindness . All was great except that laundry comes out damp from the washer cum dryer . Just had to run extra drying cycle in the stand alone dryer.

As we went during winter so there wasn’t aircon service available but the staffs was very helpful by addressing the situation and also provide fan to smooth the air in the room that may cause stuffiness’ + they even upgrade the room for us when we checked in as they didn’t want us to wait too long! Staffs there are very attentive, good experience

Xin an is my go-to hotel whenever I visited Xiamen. Room accessories, 24-hour accessible gym, 2nd floor beverages and snacks self services are super guest-friendly, besides its great location.

New hotel. Near Xiamen train station and airport. Room is clean. I like the bathroom. Comfortable bed and pillows. Free snacks and mini bar. Well eqipped laundry room and coffee lounge on 2nd floor, free for use. I enjoy their buffet breakfast very much. Friendly and helpful staff. Xiamen is cheerful and efficient.

Excellent service from all staff! Special shoutout to the manager, 石琳! Great location & close to eateries. Spacious and clean rooms. Highly recommend!

It’s a beautiful and lovely place. The room is spacious with a big TV screen, a tea table , and even a sofa in the room! The crews are really welcoming , polite and friendly. They gave us a free fruit plate , and even bring our luggages to the taxi when we checkout . Will definitely recommend to friends and revisit this place. By the way, the price and location of this hotel, it’s just value for money , worth it!
