The staff were very friendly and helpful. I was pleasantly surprised when one of the staff helped to put the newly laundered clothes into the dryer. Really appreciated it.

The hotel is well maintained and clean, location is near metro and bus stop. Convenient as it’s near to train station if you take hsr. Washing machine and dryer available to use but always busy. However not many eating places nearby so you have to take a cab to a mall or restaurant.

Great price quality hotel, comfortable bed, patient front desk willing to help you with Didi (kind of Uber) or taxi. Metroline 1 is also close by. it was not my first stay, and next time in Xiamen I definitely consider this Hotel as a top option.

The place is perfect for me as it is conveniently near a subway station as well as at the nearest bus stop. It is also near to several eateries. The front desk helped me even though I was a foreigner. Actually, I checked-in at the hotel although I was aware that they prefer Chinese speaking clients (as can be inferred based on the hotel policy as posted at Trip.com)

Not too sure why this hotel was rated as Top.3 of Xiamen, I found the amenities average. There are honestly better hotels which deserved the title such as Atour at Jimei Business Lake which I stayed last week. The room is not fully sound insulated, it can get quite noisy at night with families interactions. See picture there is hole in the pillow.

The hotel was clean and had many friendly facilities like washing machines and free coffee in the lobby. However, the toilet was a little small. The staff was very helpful.

Very convenient & easy to access Metro station. Friendly front desk staff. Good service & quite shocked to extending our check out time to 2pm without charging & helpful to received our parcel & hand over to room, especially my birthday cake. Highly recommended.

the hotel is in the center near the station, very convenient also for the pedestrian area. we arrived 2 days after a typhoon and found a bit of a damp smell in the room, so this is justifiable because it had rained a lot the previous days. I will return to this hotel if need be.
