We had great time in Xiamen. The hotel offers a great range of breakfast choices, staffs are friendly offered great service from Luo and Ding. The vending machine in the lobby has everything in travel size if requires. Location is not ideal for travel purposes but still OK with a short taxi ride.

The location of the hotel is very good, the front desk has upgraded the sea view room, the view is very beautiful, the hotel facilities are also very luxurious, especially praise the hotel cleaning, every request, we stayed three nights very satisfied

Hotel was excellent, clean and highly organised. Rosi was particularly helpful as she got my WeChat and helped me throughout my stay which was fantastic - thank you to her for her outstanding service. I would be happy to come back and stay again soon!

Convenient Location: The location of Intercontinental Xiamen is incredibly convenient. The room was spacious and clean. Overall, my stay at Intercontinental Xiamen was fantastic, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a top-notch hotel experience. The combination of friendly staff(Just like Rachel), excellent amenities, and a prime location makes it a standout choice.

Very good hotel nice location Small issue with the food at the club. Selection for vegi is limited and selection of food in general is lower then expected in such hotels. But other then that - excellent hotel, very good room and staff with limited level of English.

Fantastic hotel in great location with very friendly and helpful staff. Staff were always helpful and patient with international travellers, especially Rosi on the front desk. They even let us check out at 3 for no extra charge due to our train leaving late. Breakfast buffet is very generous with lots of options. Room was immaculate and had brilliant view of the straits. Highly recommend staying here!

When I was checking in at front desk, Rachel Fang welcomed me warmly and offered to connect me with WeChat, She told me that her Chinese name was easy to remember and much like QQ, She has a great memory, and every day I walk by the lobby she always comes over and greets me，During my stay, she was always nice and ready to help whenever I needed,She introduced me a lot with enthusiasm and patience,This is the best hotel I have ever stayed in Xiamen，I’ve been to many hotels in different，countries,Stayed in a lot of hotels，Rachel has a really sweet smile，Her big eyes make people feel gentle and cute， makes me feel like home, next time I would choose Intercontinental again because of Rachel

Very nice hotel, very close to the beach and convention centers. Nice hotel rooms. However far from city center.
