I’m very satisfied with the view. However, the equipment in this hotel is old. There’s even something dropping from the ceiling. The manager of this hotel concerned a lot and compensate with a free lunch and some gift.

We spent one night at this beautiful hotel. It was large, clean, luxurious, with a great view of the ocean from the sky lounge. It was not clear that you have to take the elevator up to check in. Some signage would be helpful.

When stepping into the "Sky Lobby" on the 38th floor of the hotel, it is like boarding a cruise ship setting sail. Through the floor-to-ceiling Windows, you can look out at the "Sea garden" Gulangyu Island not far away. The rudder shape decoration on the wall always reminds you that you are already on the sea. Was quite disappointed for the room considering the price of 3200 for a single night stay. Although the view was good, the room itself was not worth that kind on money. Strange smell in the room, decor was looking a bit tired and not completely clean. Amenities did not match similar hotels at this price point.

Stayed at Conrad Xiamen for 3 nights. The room is superb, spacious, clean and cosy. What impressed me was their service as well— with turn down service for the room and delightful desserts every night (which I really look forward to this little surprises for the three nights) which really sweeten the nights. Having stayed at 42nd floor, the view was amazing. Had really comfortable sleep throughout the stay. Had tried the indoor swimming pool too. - 🙏👏👏👏 The service staff were helpful, attentive and friendly. Special thanks to the service crew Ms Shaheen Zhu and Mr Owen. They made the check in and check out process smooth and seamless. In fact, all the service crew were very friendly. I will really really want to stay in this hotel again. 😍😍😍 Thank you Conrad for the hospitality. May happiness be with everyone of you.

Hardware is almost there, but all the staff is under trained and standard can’t be compared to 4 seasons or like. Seems like no one is in charge to instill the premier status it wants. Price is higher than most 1st tier hotels. Probably need a foreign general manager from Hilton HQ to turn this place around. The afternoon tea and cocktail hours in the executive lounge is a total joke. Should go to Shanghai Shangrila or four season to benchmark. Went one time and stop going.

My medicine was left in the taxi when I arrival, but they were very helpful in helping me get it back, which is very important to me. Thanks for the FD staff Vita and ray. The next day, the front desk manager Nancy was also very polite and paid attention to my stay during breakfast and helped me solve problems in a timely manner. The hotel such nice and the view is so beautiful .I had a cozy Tuesday at hotel. I will come back in the near future .

Although is an international brand hotel, the neighbourhood do not have international brand mall and not neat to famous city spot. In room facilities such as TV do not provide international channels Breakfast food quality do not meet the expectation examples cold cut and cheese very low level.. Iasked to the chef to prepare an omelette that was not good enough. By the end Conrad as international brand in Xiamen do not meet foreigners customers expectations.

Wonderful and fantastic stay at Conrad Xiamen. Location is great if you only plan to visit nearby attractions. Traffic around the hotel is always jammed as MRT construction is underway. Friendly hotel staffs and very accommodating to my request to make special arrangements for my friend’s birthday celebration!

Great hotel and the service is really good from the start. Most of the staff can speak English and they put a lot of effort to ensure that my stay was comfortable so thank you. Breakfast was great the staff were very attentive and the manager greeted all the guest and checked if they had a nice stay. I would of liked to have a welcome drink like a bottle of water just at reception but that’s the only negative.
