The accommodation was clean, comfortable, good value and well located but the highlight of my time spent at this hotel was the staff. Without exception, each staff engagement was the epitome of excellence in customer service and significantly contributed to the enjoyment of my stay.

Nice hotel for a short stay! Room was in quite a dark setting and felt quite dim. There was a very cute, small but deep bathtub good for one person to soak in. Sadly, I was unwell and didn't try much of breakfast, but there were many options available for breakfast and even had a noodle station.

Good location, easy access to downtown Xiamen, helpful staff and they were always up for listening guest requests. strongly recommended. will stay again next time in Xiamen

Price of room is not expensive. It is big with 2 floors. 2 bedrooms on second floor, living room on first floor. There are 3 bathrooms. Suitable for our family of 4 adults. It’s an old hotel but looks renovated. Room is clean. Plenty of restaurants around. A new stylish luxurious mall nearby. MRT station is just around the corner. Very satisfied with our stay and will stay here again.

I come oftenly in Xiamen and I booked always to this hotel. Its very clean, the breakfast has a big variety, the location of hotel is Very convenient because is almost in the heart of Xiamen. If you can find a way to communicate with the staff because of different language and culture you will very satisfied with their services.

Love to go there! Xiamen is great. Hotel is also very good stay! The only drawback is that not all front staff can speak English. But okay if you have apps to translate!

hotel room was smelly due to the toilet and bathroom musty smell. bed was clean but bathroom needs a lot of work.
