Best Western Plus Park Hotel Xiamen anmeldelser

Not the best place to hang if you do not speak Chinese. I’d thought I’d travelled to China 20 years ago..

Nice and clean rooms, unfortunately the breakfast choices are a little bit small and there was no water in the pool.

Great location near the central Xiamen island, within walking distance from Yundang lake. Taxi from the airport takes less than 30 minutes (50 yuan). Metro Line 1 to Xiamen North Railway Station is also close. The lobby is on the 7th floor, which can be a little confusing because you need to go there on your own first. The staff doesn't speak English very well, but enough to manage. They were very polite and courteous. The rooms were very clean and quite spacious, over 40 sqm. A toilet brush was missing (in my room). The city view is nice since all rooms are above the lobby (floor 7). Breakfast was good, mainly Chinese, with some other options, though the eggs were very salty so I couldn't enjoy them.

Very clean and modern design room, two TV in the two bed room, service is also perfect. After I checked out, the room service returned my precious ear phone, the guard very helpful with our luggage, I was very impressive. Thanks!

Friendly staff. If you can, skip the buffet breakfast.

Good hotel they gave us a upgrade as we booked the room for 5 night. Everything was good except the breakfast is just average. Room was quite spacious and clean.

Este hotel creemos que necesita una renovación y un mejor mantenimiento, nuestra primera desilusión fue después de un viaje internacional, querer tomar una ducha y que no había ni gota de agua caliente, estaba totalmente cortada el agua caliente de ducha y lavabo, avisamos a recepción y tardaron 20' en solucionarlo, salimos del hotel y cuando volvimos alguien había entrado en nuestra habitación sin permiso a dejarnos una hoja haciendo referencia a un nuevo corte de agua caliente al día siguiente de 9h a 17h, En cuanto al mantenimiento, las vistas desde el salón del desayuno dejan mucho que desear. Dejo también foto de la piscina (según parece abre solo Julio y Agosto), tienen bastantes meses para arreglarla, porque no da buena imagen verla así.Solo destacaría que el personal del hotel es amable y colaborativo, ya las demás valoraciones nos sobran.

每次出差，家庭回鄉，必住宏都，也忘記住了多少次。但半小時前、往後絕不住此家😡。冷氣越來越熱，怎也降不低，打去前台請調教，說現開了暖氣，只可單一，改不到冷氣🤬，我不是第一次在國內有此情況，我對暖氣超敏感，不停咳，所以會訂星級好些酒店，打去前台是可以調節到。但宏都不是兩三星酒店，居然水準這麼差，叫我熄冷氣，開窗😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡

服務態度非常好，上下人員都和藹可親，環境也是乾淨舒適，價格合理 不過忘了拍照
