Pros: Great location, it's close to almost all tourist attraction places. You can either take a Didi, bus or bikes to move around the city. -The rooms are beautiful, super spacious and clean.I had booked a family friendly room. -The hotel manager/owner is super helpful and kind. -They offer some free drinks and snacks(Tea, milk, yoghurt ) -There's a beach close by, less than 10 minutes walk, if you love taking evening walks, it's perfect! - They have lots of small shops, restaurants and fruit vendors around. Cons :The walls are really thin, you can actually hear what your neighbors are saying word for word. - There's no breakfast The overall experience was great, would definetly go back!! Nice villa, good interior and location. The walls are a little bit thin and you can hear another guests.

Location is good, swimming pool is super tiny and not deep. Rooms are ok but overpriced.

I stayed in this hotel for 2 weeks while having my sailing classes. The atmosphere is very nice : convenient location , many small cafes around, as well as, fruit shops . I think it is a good alternative to hotels especially during the high season. I will be glad to come back! Thank you for your help during my stay and kind assistance. Gentleman on the reception is very welcoming and helpful😊

Lanfeng Villa is situated inside the community at No. 369-2, Tatou Road, Xiamen. This Villa is suitable for people who want to have peaceful vacation or who want to be away from the crowd. The rooms are very cozy. It has a huge bathtub where you can enjoy drinking your wine while relaxing. The bed is comfortable and of course the staff is accommodating. You can also choose to relax outside during at night. It has some chairs and tables by the swimming pool. The pool isn't working during our stay though. I was quite disappointed. But Well, it doesn't matter because we enjoyed the beach. The beach is just 5 minutes on foot from the Villa. It's pretty convenient.

Nice little place near the bus station, and about a 10 minute or so walk to the old town. Friendly host who even helped me do laundry.

大年初一到的廈門，不知道當天在黃厝有煙花秀，整條街封路過不去，公交過不去，打車也過不去，下車走了好長一段路繼續打車沒有司機接單，我們一家大年初一拖着行李箱在路邊流浪了2個小時，民宿老闆也沒有提醒我們有這個情況，這是我不太滿意的點，在打到車之前我主動跟民宿老闆溝通了兩次，才説要幫我們想辦法，但最後我打到了車，我定的房間不含早餐，但第二天我們很早要出發，跟老闆商量最後送了3份早餐給我們。還有一點就是廁所和浴室的門，從裏往外啥也看不見，但從外往裡看的很清楚……私隱性不太好。

又一次入住，老闆親切和藹有趣，店員熱情。酒店位置很好，在環島路上，出門過馬路就是沙灘和海，風景獨美，酒店衞生不錯，房間也大，總之都很便利。 老闆還花大價錢特別添置了許多娛樂設施，一切真的很好。下次還會光顧的……

房間超級漂亮，寬敞。適合親子游、也適合在繁忙喧囂的都市走出來在海邊悠閑享受海邊生的人居住，當然更適合情侶度假！我們三家5個大人，三個小孩兒，對這次居住特別滿意。三個小朋友玩兒的不亦樂乎，在小遊泳池裡麪每天都玩兒到半夜，還不想回房睡覺。老闆和老闆娘熱情周到，房間各種設施齊全美觀，乾淨。一定推薦朋友過來居住。希望下次再次入住！

房間寬敞，帶着小朋友一起去，老闆還給了小零食。老闆還會給介紹周邊趕海的地方。 對面是黃厝沙灘，步行過去也不遠，出門打車也很方便，快遞外賣也可以送到房間門口。 本來定了兩晚，小朋友喜歡，又多住了一天～

設施：這個泳池和院子真的是沒話説又出片又愜意 環境：環境非常好整個酒店都是莫蘭迪的裝修，獨棟別墅，房間也是温馨又好拍 服務：店裡人員都很熱情哦 樓下還有很多娛樂設施，一整套轟趴館可以暢玩，以後來廈門衹來這家酒店了！！！超值！強烈推薦！！

這是我在廈門住的性、價、比最高的賓館，交通便利，離海邊直線距離幾十米，周圍環境優雅、安逸，最大特點，賓館的輔助配套設施簡直沒話説，房間非常乾淨，下午午休起來，打打桌球、樓下還有一個泳池遊個半小時很爽，兒子看到我拍的不錯照片，立馬打電話跟我説，原本帶他去雲南旅遊的，現在不去了，非得要去廈門我住的賓館戲水，呵呵，海晴灣下個月再光臨。

環境很好，整體的白色風格讓人感覺很乾凈很舒心，前台服務也很熱情，門口還有個小泳池很適合小朋友玩。
