Apparently we booked a room without a window (even if paying attention to the icons in trip.com) but the hotel staff made an effort to gave us a better room - great service. Aside from that everything was perfectly fine.

Is located in the zhongshanlu road. Breakfast not many choices.Staff very friendly and helpful

we book this hotel around 9pm at night since we suddenly require a new place to stay in xiamen. we book it through trip.com and everything was smooth. the only complain that I would have is that the toilet was rather smelly / stinky, but since it's very late at night we just don't have the urge to complain. but overall it's a lovely stay 😉

The hotel is in a good location. The staff is very helpful. The room will be very noisy if facing the road side. We paid for an upgrade but the windows are fake ones, luckily only for sleep 😁

The bed was comfortable, and we slept well at night. The air conditioning was cold enough! The breakfast was decent, and we were fairly satisfied with it, at least it wasn’t bad. You can also order delivery to the hotel, and a robot will bring it to your room, which was really convenient. Foreigners without a local phone number can ask the front desk for the hotel’s phone number. The laundry service was also great—if you don’t come to dry your clothes in time, the staff will help dry them for you as long as you write it on the designated card and hang it up. The only downside was that we were a bit shocked when we first arrived at the hotel, as the exterior didn’t quite match the photos online. The entrance is on a sloped alley, making parking inconvenient. Another downside was that the shower head wasn’t big enough.

BAD! We were really disappointed from the hotel. First you have to put so much energy in explaining yourself with the stuff since they do not speak english and even with translate app we managed very hardly. Than you go towards the room and alll the long way of smelly corridors you have to pass there are opened doors of the hotel rooms where you can see the guests in underpants ( or whatever) doing stuff in their rooms… ?! You enter the room amd at first glance it is somehow ok cause you think that it is fresh because of the open window, you go to close it si ce it is cold and very loud just to realise that the window is lready closed but it is so thin that you have a feeling your room is with no windows… And at the end the top downside of all was when the receptionist refused to book us a ride from the hotel to the railway station and told us to go out on the street and wave on taxi cars?! First of all you can not find a single car on the street at 5 AM and if somehow there is a taxi passing by your side it does not stop if uoy wave but they only come if you book through an app that does not work on our phones and with our cards of payment. We explaned this to him but he still didn’t want to help us with the issue. The only good thing about the hotel is the location and that is all… there are many better options in the region, avoid this hotel!

Staffs friendly especially check in counter staffs. Location is convenient too the only disadvantage it’s located at mini hill. Need to walk up and it’s definitely a challenge for elderly.

The hotel is in the center of Xia Men yet in the quiet location. It is close to the subway station. It's easy to reach all the eating and shopping places. The room is spacious and the bed is comfortable. Highly recommend!

Very nice little hotel near the pedestrian street and within reasonably easy access to most places tourists would visit. Not a problem for me personally, but my wife was not a fan of the lack of windows to the outside in our room (and that there appeared to be some kind of creepy hidden hallway on the other side of the glass that was barely visible with the lights off). I'd visit again (but not with the wife).
