Great location with sea view. Can see Gulangyu island directly from the Seaview room. The hotel is near Zhongshan Rd.

We enjoyed an incredible stay at the Swiss Grand in Xiamen. The location is excellent, offering beautiful views of Gulangyu from the bedroom. It is also within walking distance of Zhongshan Lu where there are plenty of shops and restaurants. The 25 metre pool is fantastic. Breakfast buffet is plentiful and delicious! The Chinese restaurant downstairs is absolutely delicious, offering a innovative interpretations of traditional dishes. While the staff are helpful and courteous, there is a lot of room for improvement. In particular, I asked for help to get the ferry schedule and ferry tickets to Gulangyu and was told to go to the ferry terminal.

Good, location, quiet, very good door and window glass that block the noises, only the pillow and bed too soft for us.

The hotel is in good location on the river. Very clean and comfortable with good restaurant. I left my phone in taxi and the staff reviewed the CCTV to find the company and taxi number and hit my phone back in just over an hour. Great customer service!!

We booked a room with seaview. Overall our stay was good except the room was a bit stuffy and the ventilation is poor.

old school type five star hotel. extremely large room and decently maintained. location is not the best for walking though. it's a short walk to Zhongshan road and the Metro exit 3A but China's pavements aren't very comfortable and safe to walk due to the speeding bicycles and mobility devices. suitable if you intend to take a didi or taxi everywhere. food options plenty but largely similar.

It's nice to have an indoor swimming pool and a gym. The room is just the right size and clean. Also, the view and location of the hotel are very good. It's less than a 10-minute walk to ZhongShanLu. It's worth revisiting.

Check in time supposed to be 3pm and I requested the room not to be near the lift or the last room. But by 3pm, the room is not ready although I had register the check in at 1pm. By 3.20pm, the got me a room that is right beside the lift (ignore my request which I had reminded them twice). Order for room service and told the front desk to clear it out around 6pm when I went out. But the dirty plates and leftover food is still there when I return to the room around 11pm Staff at the front desk is not attentive and the staff said will get the manager to contact me regarding the missing food for the room service but there’s no one contact me since 30 October Location wise is good, room is clean but service wise nah

I would like to compliment good service of the cleaner, yoyo who did a good job to keep my 2 rooms clean everyday. She did an extra mile to keep my left over food in the fridge! On my day of check out, she assist to inform counter on my daughter item that was left behind! Thank you the hotel for arranging to courier the item back.
