This is the hotel with the BEST seaview!! We also loved their care to attention, their cute and delicious afternoon tea sets and their comfy clean beds. BRAVO!! We would definitely stay here again!!

Service at the hotel was fantastic, they pick you up from the ferry docks which is much needed because the island is full of winding paths and hidden alleys (great for exploring, not so much for getting to your hotel). A simple but healthy breakfast was included with the room and afternoon tea was also quite lovely. The location is fantastic and the view is simply amazing. Unfortunately, we went during some foggy days, but it made for an even better stay because we weren't roasting while resting on the balcony. The facilities were excellent, and the foyer was beautifully decorated with a stunning view. For those who like to take photos this hotel won't disappoint, every seat or outside view is very insta worthy.

Pros : Pleasant place, nicely located. Quiet area. Not far from Meihua beach. Enjoyable pool. Lovely staff. Cons : Dirty. We booked the balcony room precisely for the balcony and it was in a deplorable state (mud, dead leaves). The bathtub was eventually cleaned after 2 days but the floor was disgusting still. The service - the staff is very friendly, but not very helpful (ferry schedule and other info won’t come from them).

The hotel is very pretty with amazing views over the island and a relaxing and comfortable environment. The staff were very polite and friendly. The room we selected was not very clean; a lot of dead bugs and spider webs in the room. The outside bath area was also unusable due to dead spiders, leaves and cobwebs. Many of the light switches did not work and the outside balcony was also very grubby. It’s a shame because the hotel is beautiful and a little extra effort, better staff training and higher standards would go along way here especially for the price. I would stay again but in a different room.

Good scenery , priceless view

環境：酒店在高處，所以視線很好，觀景一流。樹屋比較獨特，門口就是泳池，房間的一面牆就是巖石，還有樹枝穿屋而過，房間有台階，要爬上爬下，適合年輕人。天氣好的時候，可以在酒店大堂外坐着看日落。 服務：管家服務很好，提前一週就主動聯繫，提醒我們要買船票，還發了上島和到的交通指南。內厝澳碼頭離酒店近一些，下船左拐100米有遊客服務中心，大件行李可以放在遊客服務中心，酒店會派專人運行李。輕裝上陣比較好，畢竟酒店在高處，要爬點山。因為我不小心把茶水翻到杯子上，管家不僅及時來換了被子，還不收清洗費，實在是不好意思。 設施：酒店設施齊全，樓下的琴海咖啡環境很好，咖啡很香，價格公道。在這裏度假，哪怕不出去玩，宅酒店喝喝咖啡、看看海景，看看書也很愜意。

居於鼓浪嶼的高坡之上，酒店視野一流，可坐看旭日東昇，暮送晚霞西歸。通體白色為主的建築有幾分巴洛克古韻，又兼聖託里尼的風情。工作人員熱情好客，幫我解決了不少問題。有機會再來鼓浪嶼，我還會選擇這裏。

有安排行李搬運服務，下船就能兩手空空去逛街實在太舒服了！管家提供的攻略很詳細，介紹的當地餐廳都很好吃，父母都很喜歡。早餐也好吃！下次有機會會再來住～

清潔整潔，給人以清新傾心的舒適 簡約而不失現代，服務有温度，全程提醒登島坐船及路線，很適合小資羣體來這裏感受下閩南海島風情

遠超我的預期，鼓浪嶼太美啦，酒店所在的區域也很美，酒店更美，工作人員温和，認真，熱情，又讓我感受到了福建人文的美，心裏舒服走到哪看見啥都覺得舒服！

一睜眼就能看到海，實在是太爽了，酒店位置比較高但是相應的也畢竟清凈，不會有太多的遊客，很適合度假放鬆

在島上溜達很久選了這家酒店，特別滿意，酒店位置很好，離日光巖很近，離碼頭也不遠，重點是很漂亮，拍照特別出片，服務也很好👍

非常滿意，推窗望海，無敵海景，放飛心情！服務熱情周到，暖心；衞生乾淨整潔！還會來！

特意預訂的島上最高酒店了，雖然沒得接送上山怪費勁！但好在環境很好，服務也好！離日光巖和沙灘都近！遺憾的是天氣不夠晴朗，沒有欣賞到島上最美日出日落
