Yunqi Selected Hotel (Bell and Drum Tower Huimin Street)

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCIA!!! HUYE! Buscaba hoteles en Xian, puse el filtro para que sólo salieran hoteles con excelentes valoraciones y salió este, por desgracia las buenas valoraciones que tiene son compradas o son BOTS, si puedes evitar alojarte en este hotel te ahorraras muchos disgustos. Todo estaba super SUCIO, había vómito y humedad en las paredes, la luz se iba durante muchas horas de imprevisto (lo cuál es una putada si la máxima es de 3°, pues te congelas), muchos días no funcionaba el agua caliente, del jabón salían pelos, el suelo estaba pegajoso, la ducha llena de MOHO *****, la llave dejaba de funcionar continuamente, hay lavadora pero no hay secadora, asi que tienes que ingeniarte para secar la ropa, el personal ayuda lo mínimo o nada, el lavamanos goteaba por abajo, la ducha se embozaba, NO LIMPIARON la habitación ni un día (solo traían más agua y toallas) Tenía contratadas "vistas al mar con espectáculo nocturno de luces " ERA MENTIRA, eran vistas a un callejón, cuando contacté con Trip las vistas eran a la calle... y por no hablar del OLOR nauseabundo a desagüe que te revolvía el estómago... LA PEOR EXPERIENCIA QUE HE TENIDO EN UN HOTEL!

It’s located in a lovely street full of small businesses and street merchants. That also means that during the day is quite noisy, but I didn’t have any trouble while sleeping. It’s a bit far away from the metro station, around 12 min walking, which may be an inconvenient. I liked it though, it’s places in a beautiful location and really close to some main touristic points. The bed was more comfortable than the rest of hotels I’ve stayed in and the room was big, even though the shower seemed to need some maintenance.

The location is great, the room was nice, and bed was very comfy. My issue is the disgusting shower that was covered in mold. Everything else was spotless.

Booked a small room as the hotel was full, the lady receptionist was good and kind to provide free upgrade to family room when saw us booked another 3 nights with duplex room. She also recommended good place for us to have lunch, which is 秦小酌，highly appreciated 😘

Position is perfect. Room amazing with a big window. Staff helpful and quick.

Location is great, almost next to The South Gate and meters from the gate to Balin. Unfortunately, the hotel itself is a little run down (for example, our rooms shower door was missing) and it could do with some deep cleaning in the foyer and rooms (maybe once what looks like ongoing renovations are finished?)
