We had a great time at this hotel. The biggest challenge was the language barrier. The staff could not speak English, so we have to use the translator app to communicate. However the staff was friendly and helpful. They offered us a complimentary breakfast. The only drawback was that there was only one lift in the building which sometimes made us wait a bit longer. The room was spacious and comfortable, but it could have been cleaner. We noticed some stain on the carpet and the glass, which made us feel a bit uneasy. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would recommend this hotel to others.

The service was amazing. The people at the front were so kind on numerous occasions. They gave me complimentary breakfasts for one. Also, after I checked out, I decided to get a room for a couple hours before my train. They were great at speedily getting a room ready for me in only a few minutes. Lastly, the hotel is in an ideal place. It’s right across the street from the 2 line that goes to the airport and the center of town. I can’t say enough good things about this hotel.

此次入住體驗堪稱完美。酒店環境優雅，衞生狀況極佳，服務態度很好，從接待到退房，每一個環節都讓我滿意。是出行住宿的絕佳選擇，必須五分好評！

位置超棒，周邊出行方便。房間整潔舒適，設施完備。服務人員態度親切。美中不足的是，早餐種類不多，選擇有限，且隔音效果不太理想，走廊的動靜能聽到。不過就整體而言，還是比較滿意的，性價比不錯。

出去遊玩選的，酒店位置離地鐵很近去景點比較方便，前台服務態度很好，有不清楚的地方説的很清楚，房間乾淨整潔，不錯

酒店小姐姐服務很好 主動給我們介紹周邊玩的地方，馬路斜對面就是地鐵口 坐地鐵去哪都很方便，還有給我們介紹一些小吃之類的，很熱情，下次旅遊還去住這家酒店。

這家酒店很用心，前台有做好的景點路線，對於第一次來西安的人真的很方便，酒店還提供一次性的用品，前台小姐姐們服務都很熱情，大姐們打掃房間也都很乾凈，贊👍🏻

房間乾淨衞生，前台小姑娘服務熱情，酒店距離地鐵口100米左右，去景區都很方便，入住還有免費的飲品酸梅湯，下次還會過來入住的。
