A very bad experience. I found three insects: one on the floor, one in the laundry room, and one between the sheets. It was terrible. I had to sleep on top of them with my clothes on. All the furniture was covered in dust. It was a truly terrible experience. The service from the staff was the only redeeming feature. The location was also a bit tricky; taxis don't go right to the door, and the hotel name isn't in English.

The stay was good for the start. And I suppose to stay one night (20/5 until 21/5). However, after further consideration, I was extending my stay for another 4 hours before my train at 7.30pm on 21/5 (I booked 3.30pm - 7.30pm). When I check out in the morning about 5.30am on 21/5, the receptionist told me not to checkout, because it is so troublesome. She told me she will let me stay few hours for free and continue with the extension that I have. And I do not need to change room. I asked her to reconsider because she may need the room for other customers and I will not return until 3.30pm. Well, after I returned, at about 4pm and sleeping, they knocked my door and ask me to check out due to time is up. I can't believed that and after explanation, they still need me to pay RMB100. Not the problem of money, but the problem of system and service that they promised but not delivered.

The staff were great and helpful, providing recommendations and helping us store our luggage. They also provided us with umbrellas when it was raining. The location is conveniently near the train station, the picturesque wall is right at your doorstep, and the rooms were furnished well.

This is super convenient to catch the train from Xi’an city. Just right next to the Railway station! They also have English speaking staff.

The check-in staff were very friendly and helpful, the language was not a problem but use translator. It would just be important to indicate which metro exit is closest and easiest due to luggage (exit 4) Regarding the room, it was a great stay with a clean room and a stunning view and nice point have a laundry .

The hotel is clean, modern and near the subway station. Only staff cannot speak English that is normal in Xi'an.

Clean and relatively new rooms. It’s also a smart hotel setting with good shower and strong air conditioning. Next to train terminal so it’s very convenient if there is a need to rush for the train. Near to lots of eateries and convenient shop. The front desk guy is super helpful if trying to find a room that suits our needs. Overall, very good price for the room.

It's Located just next to the Xian train and metro station. Very convenient. There are police patrolling the square 24 hours, feel very safe. The hotel deco is new, clean. Customer service is friendly and efficient.

不錯的一家漢庭！離西安火車站出口左邊100米就到了，真勒是很近！酒店下台階左邊50米就是地鐵站入口，乘4號線，非常方便去西安北站（高鐵站），或去大雁塔，大唐不夜城遊玩。西安火車站前廣場直行出去右邊公交5路也可到雁塔廣場，不夜城，陝西歷史博物館。2元/人。值得推薦給自由旅行西安的朋友和趕早火車的的遊客選擇入住。睡眠不好的朋友可與酒店前台提前告之不要安排靠鐵路那麪的房間。因晚上時有呼嘯而過的列車會驚醒你！酒店早餐還可以，品種較多也可口！贊一個！
