I recently stayed at Yunhe Yebo Hotel, booked through Trip.com, and it has easily become one of the most remarkable hotel experiences I've ever had. This 4-star hotel offers unparalleled service and cost performance value, surpassing even some of the 5-star hotels I've stayed in across 15+ countries.
From the thoughtful touches like the daily replenished welcome fruits to the ferry service, every detail reflects their commitment to guest satisfaction. But what truly sets this hotel apart is its people—especially the exceptional receptionist, Shujie (舒洁).
An hour before I was scheduled to leave for the airport via the ferry service, I decided on a last-minute cab ride to savor one more taste of Xi'an. Unfortunately, I misplaced my work phone in the taxi (DiDi), which could have resulted in a nightmare of police reports and stressful explanations to my employer. To make matters worse, I had no local mainland contact number to reach the driver directly.
Enter Shujie. With only 10 minutes before our departure, she sprang into action, bridging the communication gap between us and the driver through the ride-hailing platform's customer service. She persisted despite the complexity of the situation, calmly navigating through endless explanations to the service representatives. Shujie didn’t just stop there—she went above and beyond, exploring options to have the phone delivered to the airport or couriered to my destination if needed.
Thanks to her persistence, genuine care, and determination, I am happily writing this review today, with my work phone safely returned. Shujie exemplifies the kind of service that transforms a stressful crisis into a positive, memorable experience.
If Yunhe Yebo Hotel has locations in other cities I visit, I wouldn’t hesitate to book with them again. This is a place where the staff genuinely cares about their guests, and their actions reflect it in every way. Highly recommend!
我最近通过Trip.com预订了云和夜泊酒店的住宿,这次体验毫无疑问成为了我最难忘的一次酒店体验之一。这家四星级酒店的服务和性价比令人惊艳,甚至超过了我在15多个国家入住过的一些五星级或超五星级酒店。

在我准备搭乘酒店渡船前往机场的一个小时前,我为了不留遗憾,决定打车去一家餐厅再品尝一次西安的美食。不幸的是,我把工作手机落在了出租车(滴滴)上。这几乎意味着我需要提交至少两份警察报告,还得向老板解释为何会有几天无法联系的状况,更别提重新激活备用手机所需的时间了。雪上加霜的是,由于我没有本地大陆的联系电话,无法直接联系到司机。
这时候,舒洁挺身而出。在听到我的困境后,她迅速采取行动,通过滴滴的客服帮助我们与司机建立了联系。在离开酒店前往机场仅剩10分钟的情况下,她冷静高效地与客服进行了多次沟通,耐心地解释了我们的情况。而且,她的努力并没有止步于此——她甚至主动帮助安排司机将手机送到机场,或者在无法实现的情况下寄送到我们的目的地。
正是因为她的坚持、真诚的关怀和决心,我才能在此愉快地撰写这篇评论,并且手机也已经顺利找回。舒洁的服务堪称典范,她把一次潜在的危机变成了令人感动的美好回忆。
如果我去其他城市旅行时有云和夜泊酒店的分店,这将是我唯一的选择。这是一家真正关心客人的酒店,他们用实际行动展现了这一点。强烈推荐!
