Yun He Ye Bo Hotel (Xi'an Zhonggulou South Gate)

Room size is very decent, lots of room for luggage. Cleanliness is of good standard, comparable or even better than international 5* hotel. Very approachable and warm hotel staff, be it the receptionist, service staff at lobby or breakfast place. Staff, 太阳and 月亮are very nice. Highly recommended.

Regarding accommodation, I am generally satisfied with the environment and facilities. The staff's attitude during check-in and check-out was very friendly. However, laundry services present a significant limitation: staff informed me that laundry cannot be processed after 8:00 PM. If I happen to return late from outings and need to catch a flight the next day, this restriction becomes inconvenient. I had to request assistance to wash my clothes in advance and then ask them to dry them, which might delay the process until the next morning. I believe there is room for improvement here. Notably, I had already communicated this concern to the staff two days ago, but the issue persisted the following night, indicating potential gaps in inter-shift communication or system handovers .

I was pleasantly surprised by my first choice of this hotel in Xi'an. As soon as I arrived at the hotel entrance, a bellhop came over to help with my luggage. The attention to detail was perfect! The hotel staff were all very friendly and their attitude was top-notch! The hotel breakfast offered a wide variety of dishes. Both Chinese and foreign guests can enjoy various delicacies here, and many authentic dishes are popular among both domestic and international guests. There is also a gym and free laundry service! The transportation is extremely convenient! It's less than 500 meters from the "Yongningmen" station of Line 2. Moreover, the hotel arranged a car to directly take us to the airport, which was so convenient! I'm extremely satisfied with this hotel! Both the hardware facilities and software services are first-class. The room was decorated with great style and all the equipment was in good working order. The hotel staff were all professional and friendly, making my stay here a wonderful experience. I give it a five-star rating without hesitation! It's a great place to stay and a very pleasant experience for me. The hotel atmosphere is very modern. Whether it's the rooms, staff service or the restaurant, it gives me a very fresh feeling.
