All the facilities and equipment are normal and available after you enter our room. Only you and your family are in the room during the stay; when we checked out, our staff found that the inner screen of the TV in the room was broken (the inner screen will be broken only after external impact), and you said that you didn't break it and refused to pay for it. In the meantime, the room is always used by you, and our room is plugged in for electricity, and the TV will be turned on as soon as you enter the room after plugging in the card.
