Staff very friendly, room was quite spacious; As negatives: There was a cigarette smell in the bathroom The location is so and so, its pretty central (on the first night we walked from the city wall southern gate to the hotel), but the plaza in front of the hotel can be quite smelly; Until midnight it can be a bit noisy outside

Located at main walking street. Will have to alight at the street nearby then walk to hotel. Great food around the area. Near bell tower

Hotel is conveniently located near to both Bell and Drum Tower and specifically Zhonglou metro station. Pedestrian streets, clubs and night markets are nearby.

Hotel is located at a super convenient place. there's night market below and lots of shops around. there's also multiple malls around and there is no lack of any food/restaurant. The only issue is that it was hard for the didi (cab) to come and pick us as there is no proper location for pick up. Depending on where the drive stop, we have to walk around to them. It's pretty near to the road for pick up but there's multiple location and it's hard to tell where the driver will pick us. Breakfast is ok - quite abit of food, but not exceptional. what was exceptional was the front desk service (by 大橘）。 we had some issues wtih the room initially (some smell that was resolved subsequently). She handled it very very well.

Really good location and breakfast was good. Service felt very casual and the phone never gets picked up. Room was a bit poor compared to what I had booked. Overall ok.

The hotel was very well located for shopping , Xian Bell Tower and Muslim Quarter. The staff were friendly and welcoming although English was very limited. The hotel itself was very clean and skinny smelled of oranges. It would be good if they could put this scent in the corridors too as I suspect some guests smoke in the corridors. Breakfast was a Chinese buffet. It was satisfactory. This hotel feels like a good 3 star hotel. The hotel is in the middle of a night club area and so is noisy at night. The hotel did warn us of this on arrival and upgraded us to a quieter room, although it was still a bit noisy. We didn’t really mind as it was only 2 nights. We are an older couple in our 50s from Australia. I think we should have stayed near Pagoda Square. This hotel and area would be better for younger couples who like to make the most of the evenings.

We got the triple room. It was large and spacious. The hotel is new and very clean. The bed is super comfortable. The hotel is super convenient. Train station is right downstairs. Plenty of food and shopping around and close to bell and drum tower. Highly recommend to all.

Love the Orange Hotel.. From the first moment you step into the hotel, you are greeted with a pleasant aroma of oranges. Front desk staff were A+ super friendly and greeted me with a pleasant smile. Cleaning staff were cheery and helpful. Really nice complimentary orange tea in the room with 4 bottles of drinking water. Location was awesome - lots of see and do in the lively square. Steps away from the subway line 2 and the Bell Tower. I will definitely stay here again!
