Hotel is in a great location. Short walk to the attractions and plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. Staff service was great.
The downsides were the lack of air conditioning and security. We were told we couldn't adjust our room temperature as it runs on the building's centralised system so the hotel provided a single portable tower fan for the bedroom...it was not enough for the hot day/nights. Regarding security, anyone could get up to the hotel floors without a pass and the rooms didn't have any 'additional' locks to secure door from the inside. As a traveler with a young family, comfort and security goes a long way.

酒店位置得天獨厚就在大唐不夜城旁邊，樓下就是著名的水盆羊肉，非常地道好吃😋放下行李我們就步行去了大唐不夜城遊覽，剛過了清明，人不是太多，西安美術館，音樂廳氣勢恢宏，非常上鏡！酒店一條街上就有秦川八百里正宗陝西菜，黃河鯉魚和葫蘆雞都太太太好吃了哈哈，還有正宗重慶老火鍋旗艦店也值得品嚐。酒店房間寬敞舒適明亮，服務熱情周到一流，早餐品種豐富齊全，應有盡有，睡眠安靜舒適。第二天早餐後我們又步行去看了大雁塔，喝了星巴克，才戀戀不捨地退房離開西安。哦對了，酒店停車場就在負一樓，非常方便。下次來西安還住這家酒店，真是來西安的不二之選！

設施：洗手間和衞浴是分開的，洗澡上廁所互不影響，房間窗簾也是自動化，按鈕即可操作，老年人非常友好；
衞生：這兩天住宿非常乾淨衞生，沒有發現有清潔不到位的地方，重點説下熱水是那種加熱即出水的直飲機，自己帶的熱水壺完全用不上，非常貼心；
環境：距離大唐不夜城和大雁塔很近，步行十分鐘即到，樓下有漢服店，對於愛拍照的小姐姐們來説是十分友好了，還有便利店和燒烤店，馬路對面就是永輝超市，門口還有各種小吃攤（買了門口的草莓10元一份非常甜），樓層電梯區就能看到大雁塔和大唐不夜城，夜晚非常好看。
服務：門口前廳小姐姐非常禮貌周到，帶着爸媽一起本來想定的景觀房滿了，第二天主動打電話問我們要不要預留，臨走送了我們皮影伴手禮，非常好看和大唐不夜城裡賣的一樣。
總之這次酒店爸媽非常滿意，必須五星好評⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

你想不想來吹吹明城牆的風，看看鐘鼓樓的夜景，感受這十三朝古都的文化氣息。那就來這家酒店入住吧，剛好滿足你的所有文化需求。酒店離幾個著名景點兒僅有一步之遙，步行十幾分鍾就到了，交通也很便利，地鐵站口就在附近，去大唐不夜城大雁塔坐地鐵都挺近的。附近好吃的陝菜館和小吃店也很多，就比如隔壁的傳承長安、貓耳朵麪館、還有三根電桿都挺不錯的。喜歡逛街的附近還有開元商城，騾馬市步行街和廣濟街等，滿足你的各種購物需求。房間住的很滿意，大落地窗明亮寬敞，推開房門，眼前一亮，床鋪的太平整了。靠近窗台，還有鳥籠沙發椅和小茶桌。洗漱用品什麼的擺放的都很整齊，毛巾浴巾質量也挺好的，一點兒也不起毛，乾濕分離的衞生間和淋浴間，熱水出得挺快的，洗澡很舒服哦。房門後面還給配備了兩套睡衣，還有好多衣架，掛衣服、晾衣服都挺方便的。房間還給配備了早餐茶，咖啡，還有礦泉水，水不夠喝的話，樓層電梯口都有擺放。四樓的小花園也不錯，清雅別緻，好多人都喜歡到那裡坐坐。大廳機器人送物很科技化喲，還有生活用品百寶箱，有需要的自己去拿就可以了，“管家式服務”是最好的，酒店的一大特色。離店之後還能免費寄存行李。有開車的話，酒店還有免費的停車場，衹需要過來登記個車牌號就可以了，真的是給我們住客大大的福利哦，已經推薦給家人朋友了，建議大家都來體驗一下吧。[愉快]

前台領取陝西特色紀念品或皮影伴手禮酒店環境非常好，寬敞超大房間，真的表示沒住夠，樓下視野開闊，就是街道，到處小吃水果，旅拍，酒店還送漢服可以免費體驗一整天，服務態度非常好，多送了我們一份伴手禮因為我和朋友特別喜歡，房間訂錯日期，熱情幫我們調整，物超所值沒有之一，沒有一個字是虛假點評、走時候扔下了一個水杯，前台以為我們落下的，及時聯繫我們怕丟失物品、前台服務小妹妹很是耐心，環境好，方便，可洗衣烘乾，礦泉水無限飲用，熱水器都有兩種飲用！我趕上淡季兩百多，太值了，期待下次入住，旅友們沖啊
