Great hotel in a great location. Rooms were clean, breakfast was good, and you can easily walk to the Muslim quarter. The staff was always happy to help when requested.

The reception is very helpful and accommodating. They answered any questions we have and go out of their way to assist us. Good location with good breakfast toooo! Thank uuu :)

Great hotel with great facilities.

Located near BeiDaJie subway, mere 8 minutes walk taking exit B1. When you exit the station on ground level, walk towards the left and it’s about a 5-8 minute walk away. Hotel was nice and cleaned. Staffs were helpful whenever we had queries and were always friendly and polite. Special mention to Ms Duan, who arranged for the tour of the terracotta warriors. She went out of her way to even add her number on WeChat so that we could contact her in case we needed help. And with that, she added links for food options and other places of interest. That’s what I called first class service. 100% recommended for staying here

I am really pleased to have spent 8 days at the Mercure Hotel, Xi'an Bell Tower Muslim Street, in February 2025. It has an amazing staff, led by the outstanding Mr. Fan Yu Gan (范玉干). They went above and beyond in helping guests, making their stay comfortable, and solving all sorts of situations one might encounter while traveling in China. The location is perfect, situated in the center of downtown Xi'an, adjacent to the famous Muslim Quarter—where one can indulge in all sorts of delicious and one-of-a-kind local foods. The room is equipped with ample modern conveniences, including a state-of-the-art toilet. The housekeeping service is impeccable. There’s also a well-equipped gym and a self-service laundry room. I was particularly impressed by the buffet breakfast, which offered a large variety of options and had a chef on duty cooking to the guests' liking. All in all, I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel as a home away from home while exploring this ancient Chinese city.

Great place to stay if you want to visit the Muslim food street. Very near bell tower and city wall too. Room is old though but clean. Service was good too

The Hotel is very conveniently located. Hotel Staff are extremely friendly and helpful. Juanjuan was especially very helpful and efficient. Starting from helping with luggage, calling taxi, early breakfast, every help we wanted we got that. The cleaning crews were very polite and friendly. Our room was very tidy. Hotel has guest laundry which is extremely helpful for travellers like us. I will recommend this hotel to friends and family. Great experience!!
