Hi there, this is the worst review I feel I have to write, having spent 5 months travelling around China I have a fair idea of accommodation prices, 12 us dollars 85y would get you a very comfortable room. This room was anything but comfortable. The photo posted was nothing like the room given. This room had no windows. The toilet and shower were in a space of 1mt width, 2.5 length they managed to squeeze two beds in the room itself which left no space to move about, the cover of the bed looked very ingrained when we mentioned that this is not the room we booked we were told that is a shared bathroom, the price of a similar room would be maximum 40y

Nice little. Very little apartment outside the ancient city.for reference the entrance to the building is in the back. Not in the main avenue

Realy good location and helpful owner. He came to pick us up at 6a.m.to the subway becaise we couldnt find the place at the begining. Really nice of him. Room comfortable

I was offered either a very smokey medium sized room or a tiny smoke-free 'alcove'. I chose the latter where there was just space left free of luggage to boil a kettle. The place was very noisy (drilling and goods storage nearby). The owner lay low, made a fuss about a coffee stain on a plastic table top, and accused me of damage to the top of a connecting door.

We considered the homestay is good on its location, which is only about 150 meters from the subway station which enable us to tour around Xi'an as subway is the convenient transportation for tourists in this big city. Infront of the homestay apartment can easily wave down taxi if you are in hurry to go to the train station in early morning when the subway has not started operating. Thank you to the woman host who is generous, giving us an update of room for bigger double bed and free air conditioner charges( be reminded that some rooms need to pay extra for air conditioning). Considered such a low price, the facilities, like sharing toilet with the host family are okay for us as there are no many guests during that period and we are always out in the city during the day.

It started of a bit disappointing at first because they didn’t have the room I booked but the manager was really good and she upgraded me to a better room. Overall I had a lovely stay and would like to stay here again if I visit Xian.

Excellent value! The family owning and running the place is very kind and helpful The room is warm and comfortable, and the bathroom is kept very clean Great location: close to the city center, right next to the metro station, a lot of restaurants and supermarkets around, ... FYI the only con is that there is only one bathroom for 4 rooms and the family living there, so there could be some wait (nothing major though!)

Good location and owner is very helpful

We had a very nive stay there. The family is helpful and friendly. We are two people traveling by bike, the room was big enough to store both our bikes in it without any problem. We had great nights, since the bed is very comfortable and the night are quiet. The building is in a nice neighborhood, with lots of shops and restaurants around and with direct access to subway. It's also at a walkable distance from the center. This place is definitely a great deal for this price!

Metro is right outside so easily so reach anywhere There is a street food market outside the door which is fantastic The Lady is so helpful! There is laundry facilities!
