the receptionist lady (i forgot ask her name) who spoke english fluently is very nice. she upgraded my room. location is 15 mins from metro station. the aircon was not strong enough. i asked the technician to set at 16 c but the room temp is always 28-30 c even after 2 days nonstop ac

Comfortable and well decorated hotel. The only setback was the check-in process. We were a large group, but they had to scan all the passports. If, instead of scanning, they took a photo, the whole process would have taken half of the time.

Location: good as it's walking distance to attractions and metro station Staff: they are wonderful and attentive, especially the front desk staff. We were upgraded to a loft room. Unfortunately, on our 3rd night, there was leaking from the ceiling in the room. They rectified the issue immediately and changed another room for us. There was no fridge in the room, we informed them and they arranged a fridge on the next day when it's available. Room: standard double and was upgraded to loft. Cleanliness is acceptable, just need to improve in certain details. Breakfast: acceptable, not much variety as everyday almost the same type of food. Environment: it's stated as Non-smoking but we could smell smoke everywhere within the hotel (e.g. corridor and stairways). Thank you for the hospitality the staff had provided, esp the lady manager (didn't get her name).

房間很温馨很寬敞，落地窗很棒，安靜沒有異味，隔音很好，還有店裡工作人員小高和葉子服務很好，下次來西安還會住這裏

1.酒店房間空間大，設施完善，馬桶智能，可以沖洗烘乾。 2.比設施更好的，是服務。辦理入住前台各項介紹全面，言語親切。客房阿姨服務周到。 感覺是鐘樓附近，各方面很讚的六邊形酒店。推薦入住！

時隔兩年來和太太再次來西安，同樣訂的這家悦榕棲居酒店。房間一如既往的舒適整潔，有免費停車場對喜歡自駕或租車的人士也是非常友好與方便。領班王女士非常熱情周到，入住4天，提到的小要求也一一耐心溝通並盡力滿足。整體體驗非常滿意。下次來西安還會預訂這家酒店。

整體衞生不錯，就是洗手池衞生死角的黴比較明顯，但是床品沙發和遙控器這些乾乾淨淨； 酒店做了房間升級、但是如果不是攜程替他們解決了一些問題、可能候後面四天就不住了。店家有些處理可能需要想辦法解決，帶爸媽出行十年第一次也是唯一一次遇到這個問題。謝謝攜程給解決。 酒店其他方面都還不錯，服務意識也很強，整體還是滿意的。

房間面積挺大，前台和工作人員服務很好，酒店裝修輕奢風很漂亮，免費停車，停車場挺大，前台人員葉子服務很周到。

酒店很乾凈，服務很好，特別是前台的葉子和小王，看我是帶着兩個孩子出行，給我們免費升級了房間，然後我們姐姐有作業要打印，立馬幫我們打印好，本來衹定了2晚然後又續定了兩晚，非常感謝🙏，下次來西安還定這裏

優點：前台和服務員有禮貌，小朋友進房間比較喜歡。缺點：1，房間不採光，一個超大牆擋了房間的採光，2，2樓不隔音，半夜噼裏啪啦的都是聲音我是睡2樓。3，枕頭太軟，已經落枕。4，2樓換氣扇的聲音超級大，建議更換
