Excellent located hotel close to all the major attractions of Xi’an. Whilst some aspects of the hotel amenities could be improved, every time I went to reception for assistance, there was someone on hand to help. In this regard, a big thank you to Mary Wong who ably assisted me despite my poor mandarin language skills. She was so courteous, patient and understanding. Overall, my stay in the city of four days was made so much more enjoyable by lodging at Ramada.

Good location with public transport and food within walking distance away. Key landmarks such as drum tower and bell tower are not far away too.

We stayed for two nights here at Ramada Xi’an Bell Tower. The facility is clean. Staff are helpful. Momo helped us to have someone fixed the problem with the toilet quickly. The hotel is a block away from Bell Tower which is really the center of the city.

Stay 2 nights, room was clean, gym and free laundry, friendly and helpful front desk(especially to 小糖). Walking distance to bell tower and food streets.

Stayed at Ramada for four nights. The bed was firm and just right for sleeping. The towels are changed everyday and toiletries provided. The buffet breakfast has very good range. I really liked the mushroom baos. The location is 10 mins walk to Belltower or Muslim Quarter not very far at all. The only thing I don't like is the smoky smell in hallways and provision of ashtray bin for smokers. It's not the hotels fault but to make it less desirable to smokers don't provide facilities which support smoking.

This hotel is in a very convenient location near the subway and famous attractions. Second time I have stayed here. Their breakfast is not bad. Additionally, the front desk is very friendly and helpful..Mary Wang made sure our stay was comfortable.

Good location. Walking distance to Bell & Drum Towes, “Muslim food street”. Many restaurants nearby.  About CYN 33 DiDi to Xi’an North Railway Station. My view, they need upgrade of certain fittings / fixtures in the bedroom.  Overall happy nothing much to complain with the price I paid.

Our trip to Xian and stay at Ramada Bell tower hotel was very comfortable as its location and service was just perfect the rooms were nice and clean and it is located centrally with walking distance to most of the attractions and Subways which can take you to Terra Cotta too. Our lovely host Mary Wong also made us feel very comfortable and went extra mile to make our stay comfortable and suggested good places to visit too.

Good location. About 10 minutes walk from the subway station. Reasonable breakfast choices. But the hotel is a bit old with visible tear and wear in the room

Very good and conveniently located hotel on northern road. Walking distance to bell tower and many restaurants. The check-in was very seamless and breakfast was very good. Ms. Xiao Jin and team was very helpful during the checkout. The only bad thing was the pathetic speed of the WiFi.

The hotel was in a very good location. Just a walking distance to the muslim street. As we are muslim, it is easy to find halal food around the area. We were allocated with a good room that has a view of the Bell Tower. We also really grateful for the assistance by Ms Xiaolei at the front desk for making our check in smooth and our whole stay a pleasant one. The location is also easy to get around either by Didi or by subway. Overall we had a good experience and will not mind going again to the hotel in the future. And hopefully for the same room.
