Vi ved ikke, hvor disse gode anmeldelser kommer fra. Selv den mest basale hygiejne kan ikke garanteres en slagmark alt var tomt, hele turgruppen var i rod, og den var tom, så snart den kom op, og maden var ikke nok til fem mennesker pulver, og der var ikke tid til at røre det! Den eneste fordel er, at parkering er ret praktisk! Der er i øvrigt også gulvhåndklædet på billede 1. Det var så beskidt, da jeg åbnede det om morgenen, efter at have brugt det, orker du at folde det sammen og hænge det op igen? Jeg kastede næsten op...ovenstående kommentarer sværger til lampen! Sælgere behøver ikke at forklare! !

En særlig vrøvl butik Jeg så denne butik på Ctrip med 3 stjerner➕3 diamanter. Jeg syntes den var meget god og bookede den. snart jeg kom ud af elevatoren, følte jeg en lugt og troede, at det var mig. Problemet med min næse viste sig at være endnu værre, da den kom ind i rummet billeder jeg er for doven til at forklare! Efter at have taget et brusebad brugte jeg en hårtørrer og så under lyset, at luften var fyldt med støv. Jeg kunne ikke forstå, hvordan dette lurvede hotel fik en 3-stjernet vurdering. Vær forsigtig, når du vælger et hotel.

Først og fremmest var værelset meget koldt, og klimaanlægget og varmelegemet fungerede godt. Det var 21,5 grader celsius, da jeg tjekkede ind, og klimaanlægget blev ved med at opvarme det til 30 grader celsius dag, det var 22,8 grader celsius. We loved it. Everything was so convenient, restaurants everywhere, the subway was near, the bus station is literally in front of the hotel.

Pros: It's within walking distance of a Metro station. Cons: Everything else. I arrived in the early evening and my room was not ready. After waiting more than 10 minutes, I was shown to my room - the floor was still wet, it had a faint strange smell, and it seemed like staff had cleaned it in a rush, with the bed still looking rather disheveled. The walls are paper thin so you can hear people talking in the corridor and outside the hotel, and the door needs to be pulled shut by force with a loud bang. I could still hear the noise even with ear plugs in. Whilst sleeping, I was bitten by a mosquito. I was ready to forgive the noise, but because of the mosquito, I asked for my room to be cleaned the next morning. They did, but at night I had an even bigger problem. It started smelling so bad that I couldn't sleep - it smelled like sewage! I should have reported it right away but it was the middle of the night and I was so tired and didn't want to bother the staff. The next morning, I asked to change rooms because of the smell. Staff said that they would arrange for my luggage to be moved to the new room while I was away, so I didn't have to wait. When I returned to the hotel at night, I was told that I didn't have a new room but that they had 'fixed' the drainage problem. They didn't want to switch me to a new room because I was checking out the next day (I did not appreciate this attitude) and insisted that I inspect the original room instead. I found that the window had been left wide open all day, the room had a strong smell of disinfectant chemicals, and that everything else hadn't been cleaned - they hadn't even bothered to make my bed. I asked again to change rooms, and was finally given a new room a few doors down from my original. On first glance, this new room looked fine and didn't smell - but again the window was open, and this time I had to kill THREE mosquitoes throughout the night. I covered all the drains in case they were coming in through the pipes as well. Again, I was ready to forget this terrible experience, but when I got up in the morning, I found TWO flies in the room - one was inside a disposable paper cup next to my toothbrush and one was on the pillow next to me! I was so disappointed in this hotel, as I read many positive reviews about it, but after this experience I will never stay here again.

Location is perfect, next to North Gate of City Wall and close to metro station. Rooms were clean. No noise at night. Front counter were very kind to allow early check in and check out are also late at 2pm by regular hotel standards. Overall would recommend a stay here.

Good affordable hotel next to Xi’an city wall. Close to two metro lines. Clean and comfortable. Very nice personnel, always ready for help. You can rent Hanfu and get your makeup and hair done on the first floor for a nice photo set around the city.
Will stay again when in Xi’an.

Very friendly and helpful receptionist. The location is perfect to good halal street foods and Muslim Quarters, also the Xi’an drum and city wall. Lots of good shops around. The hotel room can be controlled with voice command advantage if you speak Chinese but you can also use manually. They give you two juice packets and two water bottles every day along with green tea packets. It’s a really nice hotel!

Hello, I am a Thai traveler visiting Xi’an alone during the winter. I booked a room at this hotel for 3 nights at an affordable price without expecting much. However, to my surprise, the quality of the hotel exceeded my expectations. This hotel is truly amazing! The room was clean and fully equipped with amenities. The hotel staff were friendly, and the housekeeping staff cleaned the room daily during my stay.
The hotel is in a great location, very convenient for sightseeing. It’s near the south side of the Xi’an City Wall, within a 10-15 minute walk to the Bell Tower, and close to the metro. Next to the hotel, there are convenience stores, restaurants, and souvenir shops. If I ever visit Xi’an again, I will definitely stay here again. Thank you for such a wonderful experience!

The hotel is very strategically located near Anyuanmen and many restaurants/convenience stores. While it’s a bit far from the nearest Metro station, there is a bus stop just in front of it, so you can also get to the Bell Tower quickly from there.
The facilities are unbelievably complete for what I paid. The room space is big, almost everything can be controlled digitally in the room, from opening the curtains to setting up music via bluetooth. There is also a small washing machine in the bathroom for underwear only, and a laundry room for everything else. The hotel also has a simple gym near the entrance should you need it.
Furthermore, although I didn’t try it, the hotel also provides free renting of Hanfu (there never seems to be anybody manning the station, but I suppose if you make an appointment they can provide it for you)
I also found the staff very friendly and helpful, one lady even gladly helped me with all my laundry overnight from washing to drying despite communication difficulties.
I can wholeheartedly recommend staying here, and would definitely come back should I have the chance to visit Xi’an again in the future!
