Bell Tower Hotel

Our 3 rooms are located on the 5th floor close to each other. The rooms all have a great view of the Bell Tower and are clean and well appointed. The hotel is walking distance to the Muslim Quarter, Drum Tower, ancient City Wall, shopping malls, pedestrian promenade and restaurants. The staff is friendly, courteous and helpful in helping us find places to visit, cafes and restaurants where locals go and enjoy a great meal. The breakfast buffet was excellent and the staff and manager were wonderful and provided great services to ensure that we had a great experience. There is bus stop and metro station next to the hotel making the hotel centrally located in Xi'an. We highly recommend the hotel for family and business travelers and we will definitely stay here for our future trips to Xi'an.

Excellent service, good breakfast and amazing location. The only problem is at night. It can be pretty noisy, since it's in front of a famous tourist attraction and there is music until late night. 钟楼饭店位于西安市中心，面朝钟楼，交通方便，视野极佳。只推荐睡眠比较深的朋友下榻此处。这里地处闹市，半夜一点可以听见远处KTV歌唱，清早就感受窗外的车水马龙，端午节七点对被路边鼓声叫醒。不过总的来说，这家酒店物超所值。推荐一下

The place to stay in Xian , location was perfect for walking at night. Rooms a little basic but staff were helpful. Airport shuttle bus in hotel parking lot.

We stayed one night at Bell Tower and it was a hot one , literally. The hotel says it offers air conditioning, but is not up to the guest whether turn it on or not. My room was hot and when I talked to the staff at the reception they said to me: "it is October no hotel on city turns the air conditioning on, open your window" and offered the mini fan the staff was using at the reception desk. In fact we did sleep with the window open and it was uncomfortable hot and as a bonus there were cats on the streets meowing all night, it was my worst night in china. If the air conditioning was broken, it would be better just say that and offer some kind of compensation.

The location are great. Just right beside the metro station. But the hotel management close the cold air conditioner at the midnight. Its make 12 people of us sweating while sleeping. My stay was at 11-14april.

Hotel right next to the Bell Tower, near 回民街, a bit noisy but ok. Ask for a room face to the Bell Tower. Very good ni6view.

The central hall is very good looking and inpressive but the rooms are quite old and would benefit from a refurbishment. The position is central 10/10 near metro, buses and in walking distance to most of Xi An touristic spot.

This is a wonderful hotel when visiting Xi'an. The location is excellent with spectacular views of the Bell Tower from our room, especially when it is lit up at night. Lots of great restaurants and shopping within walking distance. Even though the hotel is in a busy central location the room was quiet and comfortable. Easily walk to the Drum Tower, the Muslim Quarter and other locations. Staff was friendly and helpful and spoke enough English so that communication was not a problem. Really had a good time here and highly recommend.

Located in front of Bell Tower. Upgrade to this room for this view for the second night but toilet still clogged like the other room we used to stay. Maybe this hotel is too old. 10 RMB trip discount voucher cannot be use for airport transfer. Hotel staff said check with airport bus operator that is located beside hotel but both companies are not related. Apart from that, heater was warm to withstand the snowy night. Hotel staff are more friendly to foreigners than local probably is their culture. We are foreigners from English speaking nation anyway.
