Jinshu Business Hotel (Xi'an Zhonggulou Huimin Street)

We had a really bad experience staying here. First, the hotel was not located on the main road like other hotels, but in a residential apartment. There were no instructions sent beforehand, so it was challenging for foreigners like us to figure out where it was. Second, the number provided wasn't on Wechat, so we couldn't communicate before arrival. When we arrived at midnight after a tiring long train, we were super confused and didn't know how to check in. We finally found a staff, but then he told me he didn't find our reservation?! So we had to sit in a small, non-AC room on a hot summer day, waiting for him to resolve the issue with Trip.com. After half an hour or so, he decided to give us a room to stay temporarily but in a different building. The room was old and outdated, the beds were hard to sleep in, and the bathroom was filthy. During the whole process, he didn't show any sympathy or good customer service, even though the fault was on his system. Overall, we were so disappointed and did not recommend staying here at all.

#位置交通非常方便，5’走到回民街，5’走到地鐵2號線，早上很多人在公寓外面買早飯。#衞生很乾凈，但房間裏煙味很濃。#房間設施一般，有點舊#床舒服

金樹商務酒店位於宏府嘉會廣場c座10樓，由於他的前台也在10樓，所以就不容易找到它。但有一個簡單的辦法，就是直接與酒店打電話，因此便於尋找。酒店給我的感覺是房間大，沙發特大，，設備是齊全的。有空時坐在搖籃上晃蕩真有不錯感覺。酒店位於西安市的中心，交通四通八達，無論去哪都方便。不知什麼原因，老闆對我住宿房間進行了升級，原定2張1.2米床變成了2張1.5米以上的床，在此表示感謝。

離地鐵2線很近，回民街旁邊。老闆人很好，服務也很好。3

家庭套房和攜程照片完全兩回事，東西陳舊，臟亂差，房間裏面放着麻將桌，進去一股子煙味、黴味，退酒店還強制不給退，純粹為了宰旅客，宰一回是一回，特別投訴攜程訂酒店不給退，遊客有沒親自去酒店看過，怎麼知道酒店這麼差，完全是不合理要求！忘了拍照片，覺得太差，實在沒興致！

這家酒店還不錯，老闆姐姐人好，房間也不錯。特別是離回民街大皮院很近，下樓出門左拐200多米就是回民街，一大早就滿街美食開張了。剛回來，家人和朋友今天又要去了，還住金樹商務酒店。
